2 Kathleen Fitzgerald President Duties of the President of the Wildcat Run Community Association: Chair of monthly Board meetings. Establish Annual operating goals for the Board. Ensure that the Board operates in accordance with the legal documents for the Association. Outside the Gates advocacy: East Corkscrew Alliance Corkscrew Crossing Committee (Chair).

3 Mike Barr, Treasurer Cindy and I purchased at Cypress Cove in October We were part time until retirement in January 2012 when we moved here full time. In March of 2014 we purchased a home in Wildcat Cove. We do travel to New England in the summer where we rent near Cape Cod for a few months. I also serve on the Strategic Planning Committee.

4 Mike Barr, Treasurer Wildcat Run Homeowners Association Treasurer's Report: 2016 budget includes an additional $145 per member for the continuing Corkscrew Road Landscape Upgrade 2 delinquent Owners owe $19,099. $10,000 less than last year due to collections from one Owner Reserves are being used as planned for the culvert project income of $9,672 used to cover storm damage and to fund Non-Statutory Reserves Security/Gatehouse 21% of budget Grounds 41% of budget Association is debt free.

5 Suzanne Hoffman Secretary and Communications Chair Homeowners Association board member since Communications Duties: Maintain and publish New Resident and Realtors information booklets. Maintain and update Master HOA website. Create and publish monthly newsletter. Communicate critical items via s to residents.

6 Jack Oliver DRC Committee Chair JACK S Photo Here The DRC Committee s Purpose is for the protection of the homeowners, the adjacent neighbors and the golf course. Applications Handled: 2014: 57. DRC Committee Members: Phil Latini Vince Vicidomini 2015: 102 Application Breakdown: 2014: 4 Lanai s, 2 External Paints, 2 New Roofs, and 1 New Home. 2015: 31 Lanai s, 17 External Paints, 15 New Roofs, and 5 Additions.

7 Tom Hawkins Community Access and Roads Chairman The primary concern of the Access and Roads Committee is speed. Wildcat Run resident since Wildcat Run Homeowners Association board member in 2011 and Community Committee Chair of Access and Roads since 2015.

9 Vincent Vicidomini 1st Vice President This will be the beginning of my third term on the board. I took over the duties of the chair of the Design Review Committee in my first term, taking over from Fred Wenell. I was appointed Vice President at the beginning of my second term and turned the DRC chair over to Jack Oliver. I am still on the DRC Committee and also work on special projects - currently the new mailboxes and the new rule book.

12 Duties of the Grounds Committee Develop a strategic plan for the common grounds. Maintain the original landscape architect s plan from Monitor all shrubs, trees and grass, oversee their maintenance and recommend replacements and improvements. Monitor the irrigation system. Monitor the lakes and littorals. Monitor operation and maintenance of all perimeter lighting. Arrange for the Holiday lighting and decorations. Power wash all road gutters every two years.

27 Yearly Grounds Work: Two to three times each year the Grounds committee replaces annual flowers, due to seasonal weather requirements. Every 4th year we sealcoat all of our roads. Every 4th year we also repaint all the necessary on-street signage.

29 Annual Plantings are replaced 2 to 3 times each year.

30 LakeMasters maintains all shorelines in Wildcat Run. Their crew members are in here weekly, usually on Wednesdays. They are limited by law to the chemicals they can use. Temperatures and lake levels determine how and when they can treat shorelines and lake waters.
