The exhibition will begin on Monday, March 24th at 7:00am and will run through Wednesday, March 26th at 5:00pm. About Abidjan, Côte d Ivoire Language and Customs The official language of the Republic of Côte d Ivoire is French. Côte d Ivoire is a multicultural and multi- religious country. Entry/Exit Requirements A valid passport and visa are required for entry into Côte d Ivoire. Overseas inquiries should be made at the nearest Ivorian embassy/consulate for more information. Money The West African CFA franc (XOF) is the local currency. The CFA Franc is linked to the Euro. There are several ATMs in Abidjan and most will accept Visa cards. Credit cards are accepted in the larger hotels and better restaurants. Most shops require cash.
