7 The Thames Suite is the largest and lightest meeting room. A private entrance and car parking make it suitable for conferences, cocktail receptions and private parties. Floortoceiling windows look out to a private terrace and landscaped gardens. The adjacent Eton Lounge is excellent for drinks and break out sessions, with its own bar and seating area. Recently refurbished with large in ceiling screens, full HD projectors and wireless presenting technology., the suite seats up to 180 theatrestyle or 200 for a reception. For smaller events it can be partitioned into four rooms, using soundproof dividers. The suite can be divided into four separate, soundproof boardrooms seating up to a maximum of people. This lightfilled room has large French windows that overlook the hotel s landscaped gardens and lead onto a private terrace and charcoal barbecue area.
