(BAOTB Inc.) 8th Annual Spring Gala and Barbados Comes to Tampa Bay (BCTTB) Extravaganza, June 8th through June 12th 2017 at Innisbrook Golf & Tennis Resort, located at US Highway 19 N., Palm Harbor, FL ( The Barbados Association Spring Gala showcase Barbados as a tourist destination of choice, the loving friendly people, steady government, the sea, sun, fun and the best talent directly from Barbados is no exception as Barbados and Barbadians, continue to celebrate our 50th year of independence; this milestone will be celebrated during the weekend at various events. The Gala is a formal dinner and dance that consistently attracts approximately 600 guests each year. Barbados Comes To is a biennial event which has become known as a networking platform to promote commercial development and culture. The event also aims to strengthen relationships between Barbadian businesses and heritage agencies in Barbados and similar ones in the Southern United States. The Tampa Bay area is located on the west coast in central Florida. It is served by a modern International airport that is consistently rated among the top 10 airports in the world each year. It is also served by a seaport & cruise terminal. The city s residents, including retirees and seasonal families, relish a comfortable life-style and exceptional quality-of-life, where they have access to the arts, resorts, shopping and some of the finest restaurants. The Tampa Bay area include the counties of Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas; and the media markets of Citrus, Manatee, Sarasota, and Polk counties.
