If you wish to arrive early or depart late, the Rally rate of $26.16 per night applies to 5 days before and 5 days after the Rally. You must make all extended dates and arrangements directly with the Nevada Treasure RV Resort. The Alfa Owners Club Annual Rally is a Social Event hosted by the Alfa Owners Club. Attendees must be staying at the Resort in an Alfa RV. RALLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Checks and Registration forms must be received no later than: January 31, Alfa Owners Club REFUND Policy: The Rally Master shall, upon request, refund moneys to the individual requesting it, providing the moneys have not already been disbursed. SIGNATURES REQUIRED FROM ALL PERSONS ATTENDING THE RALLY We agree that we will not hold the Alfa Owners Club, Host Chapter, nor any officer or agent, responsible for any personal or property injury of any kind, which we or any member of our family or guest(s) may suffer during the Rally. This agreement applies regardless of the cause of the injury, and includes, without limiting it, whether said injury is caused by a condition of the premises, another club member or any other person. We make this agreement in consideration of the expenses that the Alfa Owners Club and Hosting Chapter incur by holding the Rally for our benefit, and recognize that in signing this paper we are waiving a legal right to recover damages. 3 Golf Tournament. Competitions Bowling Tournament. The Alfa Golf Tournament will be held at the Mountain Falls Golf Club, one of Nevada s hidden treasures. Their superior course conditioning and consistent playing surfaces will provide for a memorable golfing experience With a 6 lane bowling alley on-site, a tournament is in order. The $5.00 per person covers the entry fee, shoe rental, and three lines of bowling. Pet Parade.. The annual Pet Parade will pit our perky pets against one another to see which will out shine the others in obedience, tricks, and just plain cuteness. Slot Tournament.. The Nugget Casino is where you will compete for high score and cash prizes, followed by dinner in their banquet hall. Putting Contest Free Throw Flying Cajones Bicycle Event (Hillbilly golf)

4 Other Activities Book Fair Last year s Book Fair was such a success we decided to do it again. Please bring your used paper and hardback books to the rally for contribution to the Book Fair. Buy a book for a nominal fee. All proceeds will be donated to charity. Craft Classes. Look for the sign-up sheets at registration. A small fee is charged for each class to cover the cost of materials. Exercise. The park has offered to provide an instructor for morning water aerobics. Check the schedule for days and times. Seminars, tech talks, and more. We are working on arranging RV Tech Talks, RV lifestyle and health seminars, perhaps a cooking demonstration by the resort Chef, and maybe a surprise or two.. Wine Tasting The wine tasting this year will be hosted by the Pahrump Valley Winery, with samples of their excellent vintages.

Any service work performed at the rally will be offered at a DISCOUNTED LABOR RATE. All requests will be evaluated in comparison to time, number of requests, and parts availability. This will help maximize the number of repairs that can be performed at the rally. Due to circumstances beyond our control, a timetable of when we will be at your specific coach CANNOT be given. Some jobs may require a little more time. Please DO NOT wait for us, enjoy the rally and have some fun. We will get to each and every coach, if you are not at your coach when we get there, we will be back before we work on extra items on other coaches. You each own an Alfa product and all of you are equally important to us here at Alfateers Service Center. We need to provide service to everyone at the rally, so please do not approach the technicians while they are working on another customer s coach. If you need to speak to someone, please see one of the Alfateers Service Managers who will be present. Some items CANNOT be performed at the rally. Writing it down on this form does not mean we will repair it at the rally. We will review all requests prior to the rally, and we will attempt to contact each customer who submitted a request to verify the repairs and if they can be completed. 9 WHAT TO SEE IN THE PAHRUMP AREA Scotty s Castle Hidden in the green oasis of Grapevine Canyon in far northern Death Valley, the Death Valley Ranch, or Scotty's Castle as it is more commonly known, is a window into the life and times of the Roaring 20's and Depression 30's. Walter Scott, Death Valley Scotty, convinced everyone that he had built the castle with money from his rich secret mines in the area. Albert Mussey Johnson actually built the house as a vacation getaway for himself and his wife Bessie. From Pahrump, Scotty s Castle is a 2 ½ hour drive. Tours of the castle are given daily. IMPORTANT NOTICES: No gasoline is available at Scotty's Castle. The nearest fuel is available at Stovepipe Wells (45 miles), Furnace Creek (53 miles), Beatty, Nevada (60 miles) and Tonopah, Nevada (80 miles). Dry snacks and bottled water are the only food available at Scotty s Castle. The Historic Furnace Creek Inn The Historic Furnace Creek Inn is an oasis of luxury in the desert. The Furnace Creek Inn was built by the Pacific Coast Borax Company of Twenty Mule Team Fame. Designed by prominent Los Angeles architect Albert C. Martin and landscape architect Daniel Hull, the 66 room Inn sprawls across a low hill at the mouth of Furnace Creek Wash. The Lincoln room holds one of the finest Lincoln memorabilia collections in the country. *Information copied from Pahrump Valley Museum website Pahrump Valley Winery Free tours of the winery are offered most days at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Call for current schedule at Your tour guide will share the history of the winery and how wine is made at Pahrump Valley Winery. At the tasting bar you can sample award-winning wines during a pause in your tour of the facilities. The well-stocked gift shop offers one-of-a-kind (mostly wine-related) items for friends and relatives or to take home personal souvenirs of your experience in a unique desert winery.
