Requests must be made on the pro-form attached. No bookings will be accepted by telephone or private letter. 2. Vat will be added at the current rate for Academy Schools and private organisation hire requests 3. Equipment must be collected from and returned to Porthpean Centre. Please arrange a collection time with the Technician, during normal working hours. 4. Equipment must be returned clean, dry and in good order on the date specified for return. Failure to do so will incur a fine of per day per item. 5. For reasons of safety, equipment will only be hired to groups using suitable qualified staff (ie County approved or governing body qualified) 6. Groups will be expected to make good any unnecessary losses of or damage to equipment caused by their members. Where this is not done, group leaders will be charged the cost of repair or replacement. 7. There is a minimum hire of 7 days. 8. We can provide a service to erect the tents at a cost please contact Camp Technician to discuss 9. Invoices will be sent to group leaders shortly after return of equipment. 1O.Pegs that not returned will be charged at 10 per peg.
