5 Business Unfinished Business April Movie Night Thursday April 19, pm-7pm Council agreed on Thor Ragnarok. Licensing will be done with Swank. Food and other items for the event will be purchased. will set-up a concession stand to create theater-style feel. Follow-up needed o Doug Paul of Sodexo regarding large containers for popcorn and hot dogs. o Time-frame/agenda/work orders/decorations. o How to: blackout lounge. You Got This! May Event will be making this more of an event rather than just handing out bags like Fall Francine will arrange with Marc Antosch for advertising/fliers. will discuss at next meeting the possibility of doing giveaway of Fitbits or other prizes. will purchase pop-sockets from One Love Skate for bags. New Business Francine would like councils to host a Club Appreciation event. Mariah would like to discuss ideas for swag or I Maui College ideas. Discussion was had and votes to approve using $1, from Category B Supports and Events for Events. Motion to approve was made by Ella Fowler and motion was seconded by Sam Peralta. members in favor.
