2 IV Reports Treasurer s Report See report on solomonsislandcycling.com Motion to approve Brian Raines Seconded by Tom King All in favor motion carried Special Events Committees Motion to increase the budget to include a gift card for Maggie K $25.00 Motioned by Darcy Richards Seconded by Brian Raines October 22, 2017 Gals bike Beginners clinic 3 hours from 9:00 to 12:00 Intermediate begins at 12:30 to 3:00 Lunch break from 12:00 to 12:30 Demo bikes a possibility from PAC Waivers from SIC from guest. Destination Bike Ride Committee Epic Camping trip New River- fantastic weather, reach out and touch water. Plan to do it again out on a Thursday morning to get to a camp ground Thursday night. Plenty of water access. Stokesville Bike Festival- fun time for all. More posting needed for future Trip to NC hill climb to come Reports various people that take part could and should post on Facebook Adopt-A-Highway Scheduled for Sunday November 5, Last one. VI New Business Indoor Trainer sessions- gauge interest Fall/winter ride schedule- Saturday AJR, Sunday Root Loop, Wednesday PM Root Loop Nice Bridge replacement Christmas Lights ride- Brad Hall offered to lead and post Rider Safety Discussion- Continue with safety measures that are currently in place with the emphasis on communication.
