You might have to arrange your own accommodation. You can check availability of rooms at: CABINN Scandinavia Vodroffsvej 55 DK-1900 Frederiksberg Website: Workshop timing: The International Workshop hours are from Saturday 10:00 - Sunday 16:00. Registration will be possible on Friday 1 st of June at the clubhouse in the afternoon and Saturday morning from 09:30 at workshop venue. Kindly note that we are only able to accept payments in cash DKK. If you are min. 5 who pay together, you can also make a bank transfer. Bank details will be advised upon request. The workshop will be held at: Kedel-Hallen Nyelandsvej 75A 2000 Frederiksberg The meals and the evening session on Saturday after dinner and Sunday afternoon after lunch will take place at the clubhouse: 2000 Frederiksberg Catering: The workshop donation covers meals from Saturday lunch to Sunday lunch. The kitchen will usually cater for vegetarians, but it may not be possible to provide members with special dietary needs. Members requiring special diets may need to supply their own food, but please specify any allergies on your booking.

2 The meals will be served at the clubhouse:, 2000 Frederiksberg. Distance between the workshop venue and the clubhouse is approx. 1,3 km (20 min. on foot). See map under directions for details. However, we will walk together. We will provide transport between the workshop venue and the clubhouse for those who need it. Arrivals By plane: after arrival in Copenhagen (Kastrup) airport, pick up your luggage and pass through customs. Someone will meet you there. If you have to wait, please stay by the stairs (right outside customs). Note that we are not able to arrange pick up from Malmoe Airport in Sweden. If you land in Malmoe, please take the airport bus to Malmoe Station and the train to Copenhagen Airport where you can be picked up / assisted with the metro. By train: you will arrive at Copenhagen Central Station (Hovedbanegården). Just go up the escalators to the station and wait under the big clock in the middle of the building (if you pass by Copenhagen Airport, we suggest that you get off there as it is much easier to arrange pick up from the Airport). By car: If you arrive Friday before 21:00 please go to our clubhouse at the following address:, 2000 Frederiksberg. Emergency phone number in DK: (Nis) Pick-up: We will meet anyone at Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) or Copenhagen Central Station (Hovedbanegården) who specifies same on booking form. Note that we might send you with the metro or bus unless you request pick up by car. However, we will arrange shuttle service between Lindevang Station and the clubhouse. To assist identification by the meet-and-greeters, please wear a visible logo. Independent travelers: If you are happy to make your own way to the clubhouse, please inform same on your booking form. The Metro goes directly from the airport to Lindevang Station which is situated 700m from the clubhouse. Tickets can be bought in the airport, just to the right before you go up the escalators to the metro.

Metro stop closest to the hotel Cabinn Scandinavia is Forum. How to get from Lindevang Metro station to the clubhouse Distance on foot: 700 meters 1. Go down the stairs and turn left down Dalgas Boulevard. 2. Turn left on Finsensvej. 3. Turn right on Ved Lindevangen. 4. Turn left on Peter Bangs Vej until no. 39 (the right side of the road) and you have arrived.
