5 Satellite Symposia and Workshops Host a satellite symposium or a workshop at ECET 2019 to boost your company brand and present your product/clinical data to the target group. All satellite symposia will be advertised in the Programme of ECET Rates vary with the size of the room and the time of the symposium. 6 Exhibition Exhibition traffic is increased through the following efforts: A scientific poster area is placed in the exhibition area The welcome reception is held in the exhibition area All catering and coffee breaks are held in the exhibition area Booking of exhibition space Price per m EUR per m 2 The minimum booking of exhibition space is 6 m 2 The maximum size of exhibition booths is 65 m 2 Basic hiring of floor space includes: Exhibition space (floor space only: no schell scheme, furniture, carpet, or other furnishings are included) Acknowledgement as an exhibitor in the Programme, with logo and contact information Participant list before the start of the conference Security and technical supervision Exhibitor Registration Each company will have 2 free exhibitor registrations included per 6sqm exhibition space. The exhibitor registration fee for additional exhibitors is 125 per person. Due to security regulations, all personnel must be registered and wear official badges at all times. Please note that an exhibitor registration does not include access to the scientific programme.

8 Additional Sponsorship Opportunities Increase your visibility at ECET 2019 CONFERENCE BAGS 5,000 The conference bags will be handed out to all participants and provide a high level of exposure for your company. Your logo is shown on the bag, along with the conference logo. The type of bag and size of the logo will be decided by mutual agreement between the sponsoring company and the ECET Conference Secretariat. The sponsorship excludes production costs. LANYARDS 5,000 Participants are to wear their badges during the entire conference. Lanyards will be handed out to all participants with their badges. The sponsorship excludes production costs. POCKET PROGRAMME 5,000 The Pocket Programme contains the agreed scientific sessions and Satellite Symposia. The Pocket Programme will be distributed to all participants and will provide a high level of exposure for the sponsoring company. Your advertisement will be printed on the back of cover of the Pocket Programme. HAND SANITIZER 2,500 The branded hand sanitizer will help the participants quickly and conveniently clean their hands after shaking hands and touching things during the conference. The small bottles of hand sanitizer will be packed as inserts in the conference bags. ECET 2019 INSERTS IN CONFER- ENCE BAGS FOR EX- HIBITORS 500 / FOR NON-EXHIBITORS 1,500 The conference bags contain the programme and abstract book and are distributed to all participants upon arrival. Inserts should be A4 and no more than 4 pages. PEN AND NOTEPAD 2,500 LOUNGE SPONSOR 5,000 The lounge sponsorship grants your company a great level of exposure. The Lounge will attract a lot of participants those looking for a place for business meetings, as well as those who just want to relax their feet. The two walls of the lounge can be branded anyway you like and you can place flyers on the tables to spread your message. Furniture and carpeting is included, subject to price, and will be decided together with the ECET Secretariat. FLOOR STICKERS 5,000 The floor stickers include your company name and logo and are placed in the exhibition area. The size and amount of stickers will be decided by mutual agreement between the sponsoring company and the ECET Secretariat. The pens and notepads will be handed out to all participants and will provide a high level of exposure for the sponsoring company. You can design the notepads and pens with your company logos or information about your products or symposium. The sponsorship does not include production costs, which are paid by the sponsoring company.

9 General Information Dates ECET 2019: June 2019 Conference Venue Rome, Italy Official Languages English, Italian and two other languages (tbc). Participants The number of participants is estimated to be 1,000-1,200. The expected participant spread between nurse or therapist /doctor/industry representatives is 70 /20/10. Lunch and coffee breaks Lunch and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee for all participants. Coffee will be served daily in the morning and afternoon and between the sessions within the exhibition area. Lunch is included in the registration fee for all participants and will also be served in the exhibition area. Social Programme The conference offers an exciting range of social events and networking opportunities. On 23 June, the ECET hosts a welcome reception in the exhibition area for all participants and exhibitors. Drinks and finger food will be served. This reception is a pleasant informal occasion for the medical and scientific community to meet industry representatives. Registered participants and exhibitors may also participate in the conference dinner on 25 June Tickets can be purchased when registering. Deadlines 1 February 2019 Abstract submission deadline 15 March 2019 Early registration deadline 15 April 2019 Deadline for advertisements for Programme and Abstract Book (for other important dates not listed here, please see Payment Terms of payment: 25 % of the total amount will be invoiced and is due 14 days after ordering. The remaining amount will be invoiced in Jan After 1 January 2019, all orders will be invoiced immediately upon ordering. Cancellation Any cancellation of stand booking, symposia, or other reservations before 1 January 2019, will incur a cancellation fee of 25 % of the total cost of the reservation.
