4 DUTY BOYS & TOUR GROUPS: Every player will have an allocated duty day to assist the tour staff with the day's arrangements where necessary. To assist with organisation & day to day matters, you will be divided into 3 Groups with a specified Group Leader. See the groups in your Tour Folder. NB: The above itinerary is provided as a guideline we may vary daily excursions and training subject to our hosts and weather conditions. First Aid: We will carry a comprehensive First Aid Kit and strapping tape for match days. Please see Mark Docking prior to the tour if you have any special requirements. Code of Conduct: You will be issued & expected to sign a Tour Code of Conduct. Be aware our Club and Group expectations as discussed whilst on tour. As this is an Under 18 playing tour players are not permitted to smoke or consume alcohol on tour. Travel Insurance Information Players are covered by the mandatory ARU Sports Injury and Liability Insurance Scheme. This provides a basic level of insurance for players, members and officials associated with club rugby. All clubs affiliated with the ARU and/or the various State Unions and their affiliated unions are automatically covered under the plan from March 1, for a period of 12 months. See the ARU website for a full explanation of the scheme at: In addition we have taken out medical insurance with 1 Cover on a group basis as follows: - 1 Cover Travel Insurance: Basics Plan to Cover Medical Emergencies This plan covers the following:- MEDICAL Overseas Emergency Medical Assistance - Unlimited Cover for emergency medical assistance while you are overseas, including 24 Hour Emergency Medical Assistance, Ambulance Fees, Medical Evacuations, Funeral Arrangements, Messages to Family & Hospital Guarantees Overseas Emergency Medical and Hospital Expenses - Unlimited Cover for overseas medical treatment if you are injured or become sick overseas including Medical, Hospital, Surgical and Nursing Includes Dental Expenses of up to $500 Cover for emergency dental treatment for the relief of sudden and acute pain to sound natural teeth ANCILLIARY Personal Liability - $5 million Cover for legal liability including expenses for bodily injuries or damage to property of other persons as a result of a claim made against you.
