4 MEET OUR TEAM MEET THE TEAM Our Business Events team, led by Kaye Watson, will book your event at Heritage Auckland and complete all the contracting and coordinating your requirements with you for your event. Your Event Coordinator will discuss venue options, menu selection, audio visual equipment needs and develop your event run-sheet. During the course of the event your coordinator will ensure that the transition between each phase of your event runs with ease. The Banquet team is lead by Jimmy Tong, who s Food & Beverage Attendants and the Chef team will provide all your meals during your event s break outs. Your event s Food & Beverage Attendant will greet you in the morning, reconfirm details for the day, provide you with the Health & Safety brief and be on hand throughout the course of your event. This team will also re-set your room during the breaks and are always on hand to help you with your event. Business Events and Banquet Team MEET GERRARD, YOUR EXECUTIVE We present gourmet cuisine using the finest ingredients and selected New Zealand produce for creating and delivering fine cuisine. Care has been taken to produce menu items that are healthy with balanced diet and low carb options. We use carefully selected ingredients to ensure the product is of optimum quality. is committed to an Enviro Gold approach and ensures that we source ingredients leaving minimal carbon footprints.
