Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities Sponsorship opportunities offer a great way to enhance the profile and raise the awareness of your company in the global commercial and military Air Traffic Management industry, before, during, and after the congress. There are four main categories of sponsorship: Overall Event Sponsors Tiered levels of sponsorship that primarily feature visibility for your company before, during, and after the event to show your support. These options will include your brand in mailings and advertising leading up to the event, both print and electronic, in signage at the event, recognition in the on-site newspaper, and post event communication. There are options for organizations of all sizes and budgets. Many of these opportunities include complimentary conference delegate registrations for the World ATM Conference. Food and Beverage The Congress will feature food and beverage events for conference delegates including morning and afternoon breaks, some of which will occur in the exposition, luncheons for the delegates in the exposition, including a special Spain themed luncheon in the exhibition hall that exhibitors and exhibit hall visitors can purchase tickets to and take part in with the conference delegates. The opening night of the exhibition there will be a welcome reception in the exhibition for everyone that can also be sponsored in whole or part. This full color new publication is updated daily and distributed to all the participants in the Congress. Registration fee: (This is a non-refundable flat fee, independent of stand size that is charged per exhibitor, including exhibitors who are sharing a booth. Multilevel Booths For multilevel booths, add 30% to the regular booth price for the area built on the top floor. must approve all multilevel booths. Booth plans should indicate the name of the event & booth number, specify maximum number of occupants allowed and have a structural engineer s stamp certifying that the platforms can bear the maximum occupant load. Certain multilevel booths may require fire watches, smoke detection devices, fire extinguishers, multiple exits, etc., as required by Fire Prevention Officials. Meeting Space Rental A number of meeting rooms have been reserved for use by exhibitors who may need private meeting space during the Congress. Should a contract be received less than 30 days before exhibition setup dates then full payment must be included with contract. Allocation of Exhibition Space All exhibitors who have submitted a contract prior to 31, March, 2013, will receive priority placement in the Exhibit Hall. Once these exhibitors have been placed in Hall, all other exhibitors will be placed on a first come, first served basis. A completed Exhibitor Contract and deposit must be received before placement in the Hall can occur. Exhibitor Badges All badged exhibitor staffers are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Five (5) complimentary exhibitor staff badges will be given for every 9 square meters booked up to a maximum of 70 badges.
