1 THIRD CIRCULAR ELT Department of Faculty of Education, Çukurova University, Adana, Turkey 4 th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE Language in Focus: Multiple Perceptual Frames on ELT and SLA Famagusta, Cyprus March 2-4, 2017 Dear Colleague, The process of revising the proposals by our Scientific Committee has finished and we are very happy to inform you that we have more than 200 conference participants. We would like to kindly remind you about the payment. CONFERENCE FEE The conference / registration fee (paper / workshop / poster and participation), which covers registration fee, conference materials, welcome cocktail, ultra all-inclusive accommodation (March 1-4, three days) refreshments during the coffee breaks, conference dinner and the cost of subsequent publication is: 425 (early registration fee paid by December 16 th, 2016) o if paid via Mail Order with Credit Card, additional 9 transaction fee) 450 (regular registration fee paid by January 20 th, 2017) o if paid via Mail Order with Credit Card, additional 10 transaction fee)!!! The conference / registration fee COVERS all-inclusive accommodation including all meals and drinks for 24 hours!!! The conference fee if sent via bank transfer should be paid according to the following bank details:

All authors willing to participate as speakers in the conference need to pay their registration fee by December 16 th, 2016 (early registration fee) or by January 20 th, 2017 (regular registration fee) and send the scanned transaction document to the conference lif2017@languageinfocus.org The copy of a bank transfer / credit card payment will be the proof of payment; mandate of payment will not be sufficient.!!! Please, note that bank transaction fees will be covered by the participants and once the conference fee is paid it will NOT be returned!!! CONFERENCE VENUE The conference fee covers accommodation in a 5* hotel Kaya Artemis Resort for three nights (arrival date: 1 st of March 2017 / departure date: 4 th of March 2017). However, if you plan to arrive earlier or stay longer in the hotel, please send us your requests and we will arrange everything with the hotel. TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL The fastest and most comfortable way of reaching the conference venue is using the airway. The nearest airports are Larnaka Airport (Greek Part of Cyprus) and Ercan Airport (Turkish Part of Cyprus). Turkish Airlines operates several direct (nonstop) flights from Istanbul Atatürk Airport (IST) We are going to arrange transport, which is going to take you directly to the conference venue on 1 st of March 2017 and back to the airports on 4 th of March All the details will be provided in our 4 th circular in January 2017.
