It is therefore the ideal common ground for strengthening cross-organizational collaborations in order to tackle real world safety challenges. CONSISTENCY Through WE ARE SAFETY traditional customer, competitor and regulatory agency organizational barriers can be broken-down to enable crossorganizational teams to work towards common goals. In a world where standardization and consistency is in high demand, WE ARE SAFETY can thrive, but it can only do so if we all play our part.

17 Safety Report: GSR/29367 Event Date: 06/04/2017 Aircraft: G-EZWB Airport: NAP-Naples Event Descriptor: Loading and load control-loading and load documentation- Incorrect data including passengers/bags details on LFC Event Description : Upon departure the TCO realized to have wrongly used an Airbus 319 LFC for an A320. The bags were correctly loaded in H1 according to the automated LIRF, but were wrongly manifested in H4 on the A319 LFC.. Sit back and let me tell you a story. I wish I was a superhero as I made a mistake and I never thought I could make one. I wrongly balanced an aircraft and I was lucky that it did not crash. I wish I could fly to reach the aircraft and rectify my mistake. I was left breathless until landing as I am only human after all. Think twice if you don t want to crash your life.
