On pages 4 through 8, find the pricing chart for the tour that is of interest to you. Then, find the column with your price ZONE and the row with your desired DEPARTURE DATE. Follow the price ZONE column down and the DEPARTURE DATE row to the right until they meet to find the price for your departure city and date. (These prices include air taxes). Subtract current applicable discount. Add the Travel Insurance premium (optional). Image s shall not be held liable for any penalties incurred from the cancellation or change of an air ticket purchased through another source, regardless of the reason. The & Air Inclusive prices in this DATES & PRICES GUIDE are based on using the most economical IATAN member carrier and air schedule, in Economy Class. Air schedules will be provided after the tour and air inclusive reservation is paid in full and tickets are issued. Air schedules are subject to change at any time, and passengers who cancel due to changes in airline or changes in flight schedule will be subject to the cancellation conditions as outlined in the applicable Image s brochure. Some flight schedules require a transfer between La Guardia (LGA) Airport and New York JFK Airport at a cost of approximately $15 per person in each direction to be paid at the airport by the tour participant. On the rare occasion that an air schedule should require an overnight hotel stay in the USA or an independent transfer in Europe, the cost will be approximately $75 per person on a share basis or $150 single, at the tour participant s expense. Airline baggage fees (usually $25 per person in each direction for one suitcase under 50 lbs and 62 linear inches) are not included and must be paid at the airport if charged by the airlines. Frequent Flyer miles, luggage transfer service between flights, and pre-assigned seats may not be available. Hazardous Materials Notice: Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard an aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, and radioactive materials. Examples: paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person. Extension options and prices are listed at the bottom of the pricing chart for each tour. Extensions are independent and unescorted, and all transfers are at your own expense. If you have purchased a tour & air-inclusive reservation, Image s will adjust your flights to depart early or return later as required for your extension, subject to availability. A $50 per person fee will apply in each direction of deviation. Every effort will be made to reserve pre- and post-tour nights at our preferred extension hotels. Alternative accommodations may be made if space is not available. Any transfer required between hotels will be at your own expense. Check-in and check-out times vary for each hotel and are subject to change. The most common times are 2:00 p.m. for checkin and 11:00 a.m. for check-out. If your flight arrives in the morning before a pre-tour extension or if you are transferring hotels, please note that your room may not be available until the official check-in time.
