12 Training to U.S. Navy Standards CICB offers crane and rigging training in accordance with NAVFAC P-307 to Navy and Marine Corps enlisted personnel, employees and contractors to achieve and maintain compliance with the requirements of NAVFAC P-307. Training to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Standards EM requires crane & rigging training to help USACE personnel achieve and maintain the highest level of crane safety. Contact CICB for on-site training in compliance with EM CICB s curriculum is designed to deliver solutions to real time maintenance and operations problems and situations in construction, operations, and maintenance environments.
