2 Monthly Summary - December Overall, had a December occupancy of 46.6%, an ADR of $103.97, and a RevPAR of $ These numbers represent a decrease of 0.1% in occupancy, an increase of 3.2% in ADR, and an increase of 3.4% in RevPAR versus December. The county has now had year-over-year RevPAR increases in 20 of the past 22 months. The is estimated to have sold around 4,800 more roomnights for this December than in. In, the sold approximately 3,828,000 roomnights and had an occupancy of 7, an ADR of $116.52, and a RevPAR of $ Compared to, the area was up 1.7% in roomnights sold, 1.4% in occupancy, 3.4% in ADR, and 5.0% in RevPAR. The Peninsula led all submarkets in overall December occupancy (60.2%), ADR ($134.55), and RevPAR ($82.56). The area also led all submarkets in year-over-year increases in ADR (2.4%), and posted strong gains in both occupancy (8.2%) and RevPAR (11.2%). The Peninsula s RevPAR has now increased year-over-year in 22 of the past 23 months.
