6 INVESTORS and KEY PARTNERS The project s investor group: SRV, LocalTapiola and OP Financial Group s insurance and pension insurance companies, each with equal shareholdings Together with the City of Tampere, the investor group will develop the multi-purpose arena and training hall The investor group will also develop the other components of the project (towers, hotel, office and business premises, and parking facility) Financiers: Nordea, OP Tampere, Handelsbanken and LocalTapiola (Enterprise Finance I Ky) Restamax will be responsible for restaurant services and Lappland Hotels will run the hotel Finland s second casino by Veikkaus will be located in to the new arena Signed cooperation agreements with Finnish hockey league teams Tappara and Ilves 6
