Yes, the unit is leased to Wyndham Garden Limited an approved franchisee for Wyndham Garden Queenstown under a commercial lease arrangement of 30 years based on years. WHAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND WHERE DOES THE DEPOSIT GO? A 10% deposit for local (New Zealand residents) purchases and 20% deposit for offshore (non-residents). DO I PAY GST ON THE PURCHASE PRICE?
