3 Training Through Four Seasons Patria provides professional pilot training in Finland according to demanding European regulations. EASA, the European Aviation Safety Agency, is the most respected aviation authority in the world. Cadets in Finland will experience four seasons during their training, everything between hot summer days and demanding winter operations. Every day is a learning experience. Our Multi-Engine training fleet is certified for Flight into Known Ice (FIKI) conditions. Patria s students will learn during their training how to tackle even the most demanding weather conditions; thunderstorm avoidance, blizzards and slippery runways become familiar well before their careers start with an airline.

4 Training Excellence in Finland Training in Finland is well supported by a mixture of unlimited amount of uncongested airspace and busy international air traffic. Additionally, we can offer international experience through training flights into the Baltic states and Sweden. Education in Finland is recognized the best in the world. 5 Multi-Crew Pilot Licence MPL Unlike many other training organizations, Patria offers a full range of EASA Approved training programs, including the modern Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) training. Patria provides tailored training programs for airlines, institutions and individual students. We can offer a highly purpose build Modular training package, a full Integrated ATP program or the modern MPL path. NEW! Patria now offers Airbus A320 Type Rating training in cooperation with Finnair Flight Academy.

6 Patria s new training center Patria operates from a brand new, purpose build Training Center, top of its class in the world. Plenty of space, everything new and shiny to match our equally shiny fleet and Simulators. Patria s training fleet is equipped with state-of-the-art Garmin avionics. Our students will learn to fly from the first hour with a modern EFIS instrumentation. Patria s aircraft maintenance is based on EASA Part-M/145 approval. Our in-house maintenance function ensures safety and operational reliability of the entire training fleet. Patria s heritage goes well back into aircraft maintenance as Patria Aviation carries the maintenance and repair responsibility for most of the Finnish Air Force fleet - including the F/A-18 Hornet fighters.

7 20 years of training experience Patria Pilot Training Oy is a 100% subsidiary of Patria group and enjoys all benefits of a large company. Our Civil Pilot Training Organization trains cadets from zero experience to the level required by airlines to start their type rating training there. Patria also provides military basic training to the Finnish Air force, a sign of our training quality. Patria Pilot Training Oy was established in 1998.
