3 Course outlines and prices for modules We provide modular trainings for our students, meaning each module is a standalone, individual step towards a professional career in aviation. 4 During your studies you will need to make payments towards the Hungarian Civil Aviation Authority, CAA Examiners, Medical Checks and for a language assessment test. These payments are separate and do not belong to the flight school, therefore are subject to change without prior notice. These prices are not included in the training prices. 5 Modules described We provide trainings in accordance with EASA regulations. EASA does not issue licences. In every member country the respective national aviation authority issues licences, according to the standards set by the EASA. Just like with a car driving licence, you can get your licence in any member country, irrespective of your citizenship. There are different licences and ratings depending on the aircraft you want to fly and its size. PPL- Private Pilot Licence Applicants for a Private Pilot Licence must be at least 17 years old, hold a valid EASA Part-MED Class 2 Medical Certificate, and have met the specified practical and theoretical training requirements laid down in EASA-FCL. This presently includes nine written theory examinations, completing at least 45 hours' flying training, including ten hours' solo flying, five hours' solo 'cross-country' flying and at least one solo flight of not fewer than 150 nautical miles with full-stop landings at two or more different aerodromes other than the aerodrome of departure. With the Private Pilot Licence (PPL), you are only limited by the category of aircraft you are licenced to fly (A: aeroplane, B: balloon, H: helicopters or S: sailplanes). You can fly with this licence in an aircraft anywhere in the world. All flights must be done in good weather conditions (otherwise you need an instrument rating, see below). The restriction is that the purpose should be non-commercial (i.e. nonremuneration or hire). The training starts with a distance learning course, that you can complete on the internet. After the online course is completed, you can start your practical training. You will take a theory exam of 9 subjects at the CAA and once your flight training has finished, you will then take a practical exam with an examiner. NVFR- Night VFR If you have a PPL licence, you can extend your capabilities by getting a night rating which allows to fly at night in good weather conditions (i.e. VFR). If you require more flexibility for timing your flights, you will find the Night Rating a great value. By completing this training, you will be eligible to operate any of your rated aircraft at night. A valid Night Rating is also mandatory for the issue of an Instrument Rating. The aim of the training is to familiarize you with the night operations and also to introduce you to the visual illusions and navigational problems you will encounter during night flight. For the Night Rating you need 5 hours of theory and 5 hours of flight training.

6 PIC Hour Building In order to meet EASA requirements, you will need hour building during your studies. In this phase you will act as a Pilot In Command. The main idea of this step is for the pilots to get used to making decisions, plan their route and execute their flights accordingly. During this step you will gain experience as well as confidence flying the aircraft. Safety is always number one priority for us, so in case the pilot is not confident enough, we provide a Safety Pilot in order to help the student during his flights. IR Instrument Rating You will need an instrument rating attached to your licence if you want to fly under instrument flight rules. The instrument rating enables you to fly the aircraft solely with reference to the incockpit instrumentation. This means you will be able to fly in cloud and other circumstances of reduced visibility. Once you have completed you IR, you will be able to fly under IFR with a minimum decision height of 200 feet (60 m) on instrument approach procedures. As part of the application for an instrument rating, exams will need to be taken and passed in the following subject areas: Air law Aircraft general knowledge instrumentation Flight performance and monitoring Human performance Meteorology Radio navigation IFR communications In some instances, you can elect to take ATPL theoretical knowledge examinations instead of instrument rating exams.

7 CPL The Commercial Pilot Licence allows the holder to act as the pilot in command of an aircraft for valuable consideration in single pilot operations. It also permits the holder to act as a co-pilot of a multi-crew aircraft for which they are qualified: subject to them (i) (ii) (iii) holding a valid certificate of Multi-Crew Cooperation, having successfully completed an approved ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Course, together with 14 ATPL theoretical examinations, (iii) having a valid Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine Class Rating. Applicants for a Commercial Pilot Licence must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid EASA Part-FCL Class 1 Medical Certificate, have met the specified practical and theoretical training requirements laid down in EASA Part-FCL: including at least 200 hours' flying time (150 hours for applicants who have completed an approved course of aeroplanes) including 100 hours' flying experience acting as the pilot in command. ME, Multi Engine Class Rating During this step, you will learn how to handle an aircraft with more than one engine. You will face challenging tasks such as engine failure procedures. Our PA T twin engine aircraft will be the perfect opportunity for you to learn how to handle such a complex task. ATPL Airline Transport Pilot License In addition to the privileges of the CPL, the holder of an Airline Transport Pilot Licence may act as the commander of a multi-crew aircraft under IFR. An applicant for an ATPL must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid class 1 medical certificate, a type rating for a multi crew aircraft and have completed the required theoretical and flight training and have at least 1,500 hours of flight time.

8 Individuals who hold a Commercial Pilot's Licence, Multi-Engine Piston Rating, Instrument Rating and have passed the 14 ATPL Theory exams, but have not acquired 1,500 hours of flight time hold what is known as a "frozen" ATPL/(f)ATPL. The 14 ATPL exam subjects are: Air Law Aircraft General Knowledge: Airframe/Systems/Power plant Aircraft General Knowledge: Instrumentation Mass and Balance Performance Flight Planning and Monitoring Human Performance Meteorology General Navigation Radio Navigation Operational Procedures Principles of Flight VFR Communications IFR Communications

9 Our Fleet Cessna 152 Currently we operate 6 Cessna 152s. Our fleet is well maintained and always hangered. We are also a Part-145 MRO, and Part-M.G organisation, meaning we are independent in every way and sense. We use this type for PPL, NVFR, IR and CPL trainings. Cessna 172 Our Cessna 172 is usually not used during trainings. However, it is possible to gain some experience on this type, providing student pilots with the opportunity to fly with a 4 seater aircraft.

10 Cessna 182 This aircraft, again, is not used during the trainings, but can be an option, if the pilot is interested in flying with an aircraft with a variable pitch propeller. Cessna 182 RG This is one of the best aircraft in our fleer often used for different aerial works, such as oil/gas pipeline checks. It is also used as a complex aircraft during CPL training.
