4 Chelmsford City Centre - 29/08/2016 Chelmer Valley P&R/Sandon P&R Chelmer Valley and Sandon Park & Ride Sandon Park & Ride and Chelmer Valley Park & Ride combined to form a cross city service operating from Sandon to Chelmer Valley via the city centre. Improved Monday to Friday peak frequency between Sandon and the city centre with a bus up to every 5 minutes at the busiest times in the morning peak period and every 6 to 7 minutes in the evening peak. During the daytime a bus will operate every 10 minutes. 4
