(ii) DVA Vet Affairs Newsletter Motion for State Council decision from SVDACS Committee RESOLVED: That the National RSL President be asked to write to the Minister for Veterans Affairs expressing concern at the curtailment of four times per year printing of the Vet Affairs Newsletter. Bayliss, Honorary Secretary Sawtell RSL sub-branch RESOLVED: That it be recommended to the sub-branch they submit this as a motion for consideration at the 2016 Annual State Congress through their District Council. 8. Amended State Council Charter Draft document for the consideration of State Council RESOLVED: That the draft changes to the State Council Charter be adopted with amendments for travel, invitations and indemnity policies to be added. 10. Nominations for RSL National President Report by Mr C. Perrin, CEO RSL NSW RESOLVED: That State Council confirms the nomination of RADM Ken Doolan as National President. 16 RESOLVED: That approval be given for the Trustees of Seven Hills-Toongabbie- Wentworthville RSL sub-branch to sell the sub-branch property known as Wentworthville Memorial Bowling Club Ltd, Pritchard Street, Wentworthville to the Universal Property Group Pty Limited, for the following terms: (i) The sale price is $4,000,000 plus applicable GST. (ii) A deposit of 10% including GST ($440,000) to be paid by the Purchaser with 5% ($220,000) paid on exchange of contracts with the balance of the 5% deposit ($220,000) to be paid six (6) months after exchange of contracts. (iii) Settlement is to be twelve (12) months from exchange of contracts. And That RSL Custodian Pty Ltd is appointed fourth Trustee for Sale Proceeds. 13. Campsie RSL sub-branch Seeking approval to increase their Donation Schedule for 2015 to include $7, over 3 years on a Western Sydney - Homeless Veterans Project and $1, to the Australian Air League - Riverwood Squadron RESOLVED: 1. Perrin, RSL NSW Returning Officer RESOLVED: That Miss Mulliner be endorsed as Returning Officer in regards to filling the casual vacancy. 4. VS Closure Correspondence dated 10 April from Mr G. Docksey, President City of Albury RSL sub- Branch RESOLVED: That Dr Bain assist State Branch in drafting a reply to the sub-branch. 5. Veterans Affairs & Defence Conditions of Service Committee Correspondence from Mr A. 20 6. RSL LifeCare Appointment of Directors Correspondence dated 14 April 2015 from Mr R. White, Chairman RSL LifeCare RESOLVED: 1. That the actions of the RSL LifeCare Board are endorsed in regards to the casual vacancy. 2. That State Council notes the conditions to fill the permanent vacancy on the RSL LifeCare Board. 3. That Mr White be thanked by acclamation for his tenure as Chairman of RSL LifeCare. 7. RSL Rural Commemorative Youth Choir Correspondence dated 15 April 2015 from Mrs O. Rushton, Creative Director RESOLVED: 1. That information be placed in the Bulk Mail. 2. That time be allocated for a presentation at Congress. 8.
