Approval of October Minutes Minutes of the Traffic Safety Council meeting held on October 28, 2015 Minutes. 2. Site Inspection Report - Lancaster Public School (Ward 52 Site Inspection Report for the site inspections conducted on November 5, 2015 at 7425 Netherwood Road in front of Lancaster Public School. 1. That the warrants for a crossing guard in front of Lancaster Public School is been met. 2. That Transportation and Works be requested to review the signage on Redstone Road and Netherwood Road in the vicinity of Lancaster Public School. 3. That the Peel District School Board be requested to review the operation of the Kiss & Ride and Dismissal Program. 4. Traffic Safety Council Member Annual Appreciation Dinner Members discussed the date and venue for this year's Traffic Safety Council Appreciation dinner, and it was suggested that a venue, such as Live Restaurant, at Living Arts Centre a City of Mississauga owned facility, be considered as the venue to host the Traffic Safety Council Member Annual Appreciation Dinner, and that the event be held on Wednesday, December 2, Angie Melo, Legislative Coordinator will look into availability as well as working within a budget of approximately $1, That the amount of up to $1, be approved to fund the Appreciation Dinner in December Approved (D.
