2 Sample Itinerary: Thursday 1 st December 17:50 Depart Barcelona for London and travel to the Bristol in the South West of England. 21:00 Light supper on arrival in Hotel. Friday 2 nd December 09:00 Site visit selection in Bristol including a ride on Concorde at the newly anticipated Aerospace Centre and Brunel s ss Great Britain 12:00 Lunch walk to The Bristol along the historic harbourside. 14:00 Design your own street art and become part of Bristol s famous art scene similar to the World renowned Banksy. 16:00 Cider and Gin tasting experience hosted in the one of Bristol s historic venues. 18:00 Free time. 19:30 Hosted Dinner. 21:00 Return to Hotel.

3 Saturday 3 rd December 09:00 Meet in lobby with luggage to travel to Cardiff, Wales. 09:30 Visit the Clifton area and enjoy an English cup of tea overlooking Brunel s Clifton Suspension Bridge 10:30 Travel onwards to The Celtic Manor Resort for a site visit and a first look at the Wales International Convention Centre to be completed :00 Lunch served overlooking the Celtic Manor resort world famous Golf Course. 14:00 Travel into Cardiff and explore key venues and historic sites relevant for your meeting and event. 17:00 Check into hosted hotel in Cardiff and enjoy some relaxation time before meeting for Dinner. 19:00 Hosted Dinner. 21:00 Return to Hotel.

4 Sunday 4 th December 08:00 Meet in lobby with luggage to travel to London. 10:00 Arrive in London to destination presentation and hosted morning break at the Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre. 12:00 Walk around Westminster and lunch. 14:00 Mini Tour of London to relevant venues and free time to explore the city. 19:00 Hosted Dinner and theatre experience. 23:00 Arrival back at Hotel.

5 Monday 5 th December All Departures London ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This itinerary is provided to you Discover Britain and Ireland working in conjunction with Visit Britain, Destination Bristol and Visits Wales. Included are: - Economy flight from Barcelona-London - Accommodation for 4 nights (1st -5th December 2016) - Transfers, tours and site visits - Meals as specified in this itinerary Please note that the itinerary arrangements do not include: - Personal extras (e.g. minibar, telephone, tipping) - Any additional meals and drinks not specified in this itinerary - Travel insurance CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the following fees will apply above IBTM World cancellation fee: - Cancellations received on or before 28th October 2016 do not incur a fee, unless the flight has been agreed and confirmed. If the flight has been confirmed or booked on a published fare, the cost of the flight will be charged. - Cancellations received after 28th October 2016 will incur a cancellation fee in addition to ibtm world cancellation fee of 400 (Europe, Russia & CIS) or 1000 (Non-Europe). VisitBritain Cancellation Fee is 300. Hosted Buyers who provide a valid medical reason (with a medical certificate) for not attending the event/pet may have the fee waived.
