1 PRESS RELEASE Issued: 5 th August 2011 For Immediate Release; TITLE: WJ King join forces with the UK s biggest and best performing football related charity WJ King, one of the fastest growing vehicle dealer groups in the South East and Kent with 12 branches, has joined up with the Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT), the UK s largest football related charity. An exciting new initiative sees WJ King, a family run firm of over 50 years standing who now operate six franchises, become the Official Motability Partner of CACT. This collaboration will also see WJ King advertising in the Charlton Athletic match programme and on the Club s e-bulletin this coming season, with special offers available to Charlton Athletic season ticket holders and Red Card members. WJ King s Motability Scheme will support the acclaimed work of the Charlton Athletic Community Trust s Disability and Mental Health programme, which includes the award winning Charlton Upbeats, the Down s Syndrome sports club. WJ King s Motability Scheme enables disabled people to exchange either their Higher Rate Mobility component of Disability Living Allowance or their War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement to obtain a new car. The new partnership will see WJ King and the Charlton Athletic Community Trust working together to bring the best motoring offers to participants in CACT s disability and mental health programmes and their families.
