2 Hola! Welcome to Mexico and thank you for consider me to work with you during your vacations in town. You may find here my basic Services menu. I like to think I can work with everyone equally, but if you have any special requirements, event or budget (especially if I haven't thought of), just ask. I want you to feel like home, but better! Do you think that is possible? In each service description you will find information to get a general idea. If you have something different in mind, let me know and I adjust to your needs. Please, do not forget to read the Full Service General Information file. Might seem long, but for sure will answer most of your questions. From now on, we are friends! 3 Happiness is Homemade Catering service This is the most requested service What is this service for? This service is for everybody. This is the Mexican version from the I ll order pizza because I don t feel like cooking but better. Whether you want to stay at home and have dinner or you are just feeling fancy, I will arrive to your villa with all the groceries, cook and serve your food on time... I ll even clean the kitchen at the end (seriously, I will!). This service includes the design from a menu special for your meal, shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning (yes, my team will clean everything at the end). If a party is taking place, I also include especial decoration for your table (such as flowers, balloons or anything related to your celebration), The catering service can be used for: breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, late dinner, canapés and taco bar. This service is specially recommended for: Groups over 10 people. Celebrations (such as birthdays, middle stones, bachelorettes...) and weddings. Private Chef Special for brunch and dinner What is this service for? Are you in a group or family and don t want to cook at all during your vacations? This service is for you. For a daily flat rate, ill cook all your meals for you and your family/group of friends. This service includes shopping (but not the tickets cost), cooking and cleaning. The private chef service can be used for: breakfast+lunch, breakfast+lunch+dinner, lunch+snacks etc This service is recommended for: Families (mom, you deserve a break!) and Groups of foodies. Cooking Lessons Special for families and groups What is this service for? This is one of my favorite things to do ever: Spread food knowledge! Let me know what you want to learn and we ll go together there. This service includes taking you to the market to show you how to choose the ingredients you need (optional), cooking step by

4 step, an electronic diploma and a recipe book. And of course, you ll eat what you cooked at the end! No need from previous cooking knowledge at all! The menu options are designed that will make you look like a pro even if you have never cooked anything before. One of the Lessons options is for kids under 10. Kids will learn about kitchen security rules and basic preps. This is recommended as a bonding activity This service is recommended for: Anyone wanting to learn a secret recipe, people wanting to impress friends back home or a foodie Event planner Special for small groups What is this service for? This service is to help you save time (and stress) when planning a long distance event, whether is a wedding, yoga retreat, birthday, celebration, etc This service can be booked even if you do not book our food or drink service This service is recommended for: Any size group wanting to have amazing time Barman Special for celebrations. What is this service for? If you have a celebration or a gathering from family or friends, the least you should worry should be drinks. We are able to serve you in any way you need from classics to tiki and going all the way to a personal design. Drinks will never miss. This service can be booked even if you do not book food. It can be booked also for weddings. This service is recommended for: Any size group wanting to have amazing drinks at your villa Home-tending lessons Special for picky drinkers What is this service for? What happens if you do not want to be a barman but you want to learn how to mix? Home-tending lessons is the option! Changing the World one bite at the time

5 Happiness is Homemade Lessons consist in 4 drinks with a topic or from the menu and all the basic you need to know to make your drinks in the next party! All lessons include recipes, electronic diploma and some canapés for you to eat while learning. No alcoholic version also available This service is recommended for: Anyone wanting to learn how to prepare drinks Tastings Over 18 years old students only in lessons with alcohol What is this service for? Anyone looking to have an extra knowledge on drinks, how to properly drink and enjoy a mexican spirit, should totally ask for this service. We will set a safe and respectful space at your villa where you and your people could enjoy learning and tasting properly tequila, mezcal, raicilla and/or other Mexican spirits or even non alcoholic drinks such as aguas frescas. You may or may not mix it with a dinner service. This service is recommended for: Anyone wanting to learn more about Mexican drinks, celebrations, weddings. Pairings What is this service for? Pairings is a very foodie thing Over 18 years old students only in tastings with alcohol If you are a true food lover, we have designed a selection from menus for you with 3, 5, 7 or 9 courses paired with all type of drinks. Choose a topic, a drink or an ingredient and we can create a full experience around it. This service is recommended for: Foodies. Rentals Special for late dinners or cocktail parties What is this service for? Rentals is an important part if you want to throw a party. Wheter is a birthday, a dinner or a wedding, we can totally grant the service of rentals: tables, chairs, cluttery, liniens, etc no need to book any other service to book a rental. This service is recommended for: big groups, event organizers.

6 Extras If you have a special need for your day in Sayulita, you can let me know ahead and I can help. From a recommendation on where to eat or which tour is better to help you with your event such as consultation or babysitting, I will help with no extra cost. Changing the World one bite at the time
