4 4 The Arunachal Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette, March 12, 2012 Schedule-II Boundary description of Itanagar Municipal Area : North Starting at intersection point of a road and Senki river at Lobi, running north along the road and along the upstream from a culvert point at the road and eastwards along the village boundary of Doria village bordering the PHED water reservoir up to the upstream of Karjuli Nallah at Doria ridge. Running downstream along the left upstream of Karjuli Nallah up to Pachin river. Running downstream along Pachin river upto the helipad area. Along the helipad compound wall, excluding the WRC area and including the built up area upto the backside of Industrial area at Naharlagun. Running upstream along the stream running besides temple, excluding the model village area and upto the NH-52A. Then towards Nirjuli along the NH-52A (20 meters from the median) including SMS factory complex, Petrol pump compound at, Interstate Bus Terminal compound, Interstate Truck Terminal compound, BSUP (Housing) Project complex at Lekhi, Petrol pump at Bage Tinali and upto Bage Tinali. Including the commercial areas along the NH-52A and Doimukh road towards north crossing the road upto north west corner of NERIST compound wall. Then running towards east along the boundary wall of NERIST and excluding Nirjuli village upto Nirjuli Nallah. Then running down stream along the Nirjuli Nallah upto Dikrong river. Then running down stream along Dikrong river including burial ground upto sinking zone. Then along the NH-52A towards east (20 meters from the median towards Banderdewa including the Veterinary farm area at Nirjuli and excluding lower Dobum Village upto Khunda Khowa Nallah. Thereafter downstream along Khunda Khowa Nallah upto Dikrong river including Anya colony, Dree colony and Industrial area at Banderdewa and excluding Shanti colony and Nyokum colony at Banderdewa upto the bridge at NH-52. East From the Bridge at NH-52 at Banderdewa over Dikrong river running along the road towards Gohpur including the Niya colony, DFO complex, PTC, CF complex back upto NH-52. Then crossing the road, running towards west, including the areas of NEFA Udyog, Duli Koto, Putung Colony and upto the south east corner of proposed Greenfied Airport. South From south east corner of proposed Greenfied Airport including the airport area and towards north upto Khunda Khowa Nallah. Then downstream along Khunda Khowa Nallah upto NH-52A. Then running west towards Nirjuli along NH-52A (20 meters from the median), excluding Upper Dobum village and including APSTS Workshop, APSTS colony, PHED colony, other Government establishment and FCI warehouse upto the stream point before reaching Nirjuli. Then including all the settlements and establishments at the south of NH-52A, running eastwards along the ridge and excluding the village areas of Nirjuli III, Nirjuli II(A) and II(B) but including Veterinary farm area, south campus NERIST and Commercial areas and back upto NH-52A at Bage Tinali. Then along NH-52A towards Naharlagun (20 meters from the median but including the petrol pump upto BRTF gate at Naharlagun. From BRTF welcome gate including the Industrial area and excluding the house of Er. Toko Jyoti upwards along the footpath over the ridge upto the master plan 2020 boundary of Itanagar Capital region including all the built up areas at Naharlagun till it touches Pachin river curve at Pachin colony. From river along the village boundary of Popu village and excluding the WRC land upto Pachin colony road, running upwards north upto top of the ridge. Running west along the ridge upto the Pachin colony road, from near the residence of Shri Nabam Kojum, running upstream upto the top of the ridge and again running downstream towards west, excluding the Catholic Church upto the DST road. Along the road including the DST office and down wards towards the Papu Nallah excluding the Papu - Government Middle School, running upwards along Papu Nallah and again upwards towards the ridge near the Royal International School upto the BM point 226 and again downwards towards the west till it reaches the stream junction near the road, thereby excluding the Ashram area, upwards north along the ridge near Birrup Nallah upto the ridge top. Thereafter along the Jollang village boundary, including the IRBN housing colony and excluding the WRC and plantation area of Jollang village upto Ritchi Nallah. Downstream along Ritchi Nallah upto the Itanagar Jollang road. Along the road upto the village boundary at the road and thereafter running down along the foothpath upto Senki river excluding the WRC land and DPS complex and thereafter upto confluence point of Senki and Chimpu rivers. West From the confluence point of Senki and Chimpu rivers running upstream along the Chimpu river, along boundary wall of Sange Lhaden Sport School and excluding the village boundary and running back up to Chimpu river, upstream along the Doksho Nallah excluding the WRC land crossing the road and joining the trijunction point of Itanagar-Poma road and Ganga village link road. Starting from the tri-junction along the boundary wall of ITBP cantonment area and along the boundary wall of GSI crossing the Ganga Itanagar road at GSI main gate and along the compound wall of Shri Chukhu Apa (IPS) upto Senki river. Then running upstream along Senki river till it reaches the starting point at Lobi.
