3 WELCOMETO THE BENGAL GLOBAL BUSINESS SUMMIT The Bengal Global Business Summit 2018 is being hosted in India s largest convention centre. Due to the vast expanse of the venue, we request you to reach the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre at least an hour and a half before the scheduled events begin. To reach your desired destination in the venue with ease, we request you to follow this movement plan. Approach to the venue from the city. Approach to the venue from the airport. (Refer to the Google Map) (Refer to the Google Map) If you are coming from the city by the Biswa Bangla Sarani, take a left from the Kolkata Gate at the Narkel Bagan Crossing. When coming from the airport, take the Biswa Bangla Sarani. You will find the Swissotel and City Centre II on your way. The HIDCO Bhaban will fall on your right. Take a right turn from the Akansha Island towards the Mother s Wax Museum and The Westin. Take a right turn at the cut-out in front of the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre. Get off at the Gold Delegate Drop-off Point. Please follow the Gold directional signage for easy navigation. The police will also be present to guide you. Move straight till you reach the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre. Cross the convention centre and take a left turn. The Hidco Bhaban will fall on your right. Get off at the Gold Delegate Drop-off Point. Please follow the Gold directional signage for easy navigation. The police will also be present to guide you. The marked numbers point to places given in the map, overleaf.

4 Drop-off Point & Registration Counter No. 1 & 2 The Gold Delegate Drop-off Point (marked as no.1 in the map, overleaf) is in front of the Hall of Nations (marked as no.3). Enter through the Gold Entry Gate. Proceed to the Registration Counter (marked as no.2) in front of the Hall of Nations. In case you are driving your own car, follow the Blue directional signage to reach the parking ground and then avail the shuttle buses that will escort you to the Gold Entry Gate. Gold Car Parking No. 14 After dropping you off at the entry gate, your car needs to proceed to the Gold Parking Ground (marked as no.14). Kindly ask your chauffeur to follow the directional signage to move to the Gold Parking Ground. The drivers can wait at the Driver s Holding Zone (marked as no.15). Entry to the Convention Centre No. 4 Enter and walk through the Hall of Nations. Cross the garden area and take a right from the junction. Cross the Cultural Plaza (marked as no.11) and take the left, to approach the Convention Centre Gold Entry (marked as no.4 in the map).

5 Plenary Hall No. 6 Enter the Convention Centre to access lift no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 (marked as no.5 in the map, overleaf ). Take the lifts to go to level 4 and enter the Plenary Hall (marked as no.6). You may also use the escalator, in the extreme right hand corner and next to lifts 7 and 8, to reach the hall. Enter the Plenary Hall and look for the seats with golden covers. Take your seat, before the plenary starts. Seating is on the first-come-first-served basis. The detailed plenary programme is given at the back of this booklet and in your card. Lunch Hall in Level 0 No. 7 Cultural Plaza No. 11 Sectoral Halls No. 1, 2, 3A & 3B 8, 9 & 10 Lunch for Gold Delegates will be in the ground floor of the same building. Use lift no. 1, 2, 3 or 4 to reach level 0. Use lift no. 1, 2, 3 or 4 to reach level 0. Walk out of the building and move straight, to reach the Cultural Plaza (marked as no.11). Follow the directional signage for convenience. To access Sectoral Halls 1 & 2 (marked as no.8 and no.9) take lifts 1, 2, 3 & 4 to go to level 1. The hall access is on the left and the right hand side of the Convention Centre. To access the Silent Sectoral Halls 3A & 3B (marked as no.10), take the lifts to go to level 0. The hall will be towards your right. Exit from the Venue Once you are done, please ask your chauffeur to pick you up from the same Gold Delegate Drop-off Point (marked as no.1). Use lift no. 1, 2, 3 or 4 to reach level 0. Walk out of the Convention Centre and follow the Gold directional signage to reach the Hall of Nations (marked as no.3). To leave the Convention Centre, retrace the same road. It was a pleasure to have you amidst us, today!
