2 LODGING IN EL PEDRAL For those wishing to enjoy peace and nature, we offer full board accommodation at El Pedral Hotel de Campo. The historic house inaugurated in 1923 is part of a unique setting, made up of an infinite pebble beach, high cliffs and wildlife in a natural habitat. This magical place offers passengers the possibility to enjoy amazing experiences such as walks at sunset, reading a book in the placid house rooms, watching the fire pit or having dinner in a relaxed environment. For that purpose, we offer eight comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. Guided tours, meals and drinks are included in the rate. Excursion to the elephant seals rookery and Punta Ninfas lighthouse. Bilingual guide (English/Spanish) during the excursions. Free access to the pool. Free use of bicycles. Breakfast, lunch and dinner (with wine). Lodging. Note: All the rates are expressed in US dollars (USD) considering the official exchange rate; they include taxes and are subject to changes without prior notice. El Pedral Hotel de Campo is open all year round.

3 TRANSFERS (not included) You may arrive at El Pedral country hotel with your own vehicle or by means of a hired land or sea transfer. If you wish to hire a land or sea transfer you may ask it together with your lodging reservation. In that case, El Pedral will forward your requirement to a reliable transfer company, the reservation of which will be sent to you once it is confirmed. You may opt to reach El Pedral on your own, with a rental car, or hiring the corresponding transfer services to your travel agency. For your information, below you will find the rates of the companies which work with us: Land service: - Transfer rate from Puerto Madryn (70 km/1 h) or Trelew (100 km/1:15 h) or from the airports Almirante Zar (Trelew) or Tehuelche (Puerto Madryn), up to El Pedral (or vice versa): USD 30 per passenger, with a minimum of 4 passengers. Sea service: - Transfer rate from Puerto Madryn up to El Pedral, or vice versa, by sea (3 h): 150 USD per passenger, with a minimum of 4 passengers. The transfer by sea is carried out in a cabin vessel with a maximum capacity of 10 passengers. During the navigation the vessel travels along the south coast of Golfo Nuevo, in a path where a wide range of fauna and sea birds can be watched. The main points of interest are Punta Cuevas, the sunken ship Folías, Punta Loma reserve, the lighthouse and the sea wolves rookery Punta Conscriptos. Note: - It is important to bear in mind that there is no transport public service in the area or gas stations in the gravel road. - The mobile phone signal is extremely low. - El Pedral does not take part or is liable for the transfer services provided; it acts only as a link between the passengers and the transfer company in order to facilitate the hiring process. - The country hotel El Pedral is located in a private estate, where the entrance gate is locked. If you choose to get there on your own, you will have to inform that to our Reservations office so that we can give you a key of the gate. - The sea transfer will be made as long as weather conditions allow it. If it is cancelled for that reason, the amount paid will be completely reimbursed.

Date of check-in and number of nights requested. Type of room. Special requirements. Contact phone. PAYMENTS Payments can be made by credit card at our web site, in cash or with your credit card at our Reservations office located at Av. Roca 475, 1st floor, office B, Puerto Madryn. You may also opt for paying through a bank deposit or transfer to the account indicated below: Banco: Credicoop CL. Branch: Puerto Madryn (151). Credit account in pesos number: /4. CBU: On the name of: Yellow Submarine S.A. CUIT: Once you have made the payment, please us the details of your company in order to issue the corresponding invoice (registered name, CUIT, address, telephone).

5 CANCELLATIONS POLICY Reservation Once the Reservations office confirms the availability, a blockage of the rooms will be made and the reservation will be active for a period of 10 days. During these 10 days, an advance payment shall be made equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the reservation. If the reservation is for the next 30 days, the full amount of the reservation shall be paid. Booking confirmation To confirm the reservation, the full amount of the reservation should be completed 30 days before the services. In case of non-payment of the balance, the company may dispose of those rooms. Cancellation If the reservation is cancelled up to 72 hours before our services are rendered, the total amount paid will be refunded, in which case only bank expanses, if any, will be deducted. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 and 24 hours prior to the date of the lodging, 50% of the total amount of the services requested will be deducted, waiving in this case any right of refund for the amount paid. If the reservation is cancelled within the 24 hours prior to the date of the lodging and in case of no show, any right of refund for the amount paid will be waived. CONTINGENCIES POLICY If the road leading to El Pedral results impassable due to adverse weather conditions, a new schedule will be offered or the total amount paid will be refunded, without any penalty whatsoever.
