2 THE MOTSE Sublime accommodation in 9 individual legae set at the foot of the Korannaberg Mountains with sweeping views of the Kalahari. Three of the legae (suites) have been designed as spacious double suites (Motse family suites) with 2 separate bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, connecting to a luxurious separate living room, and are perfect for parents travelling with minor children. 3 TARKUNI Set amid two rolling mountain ranges, Tarkuni is an oasis of serenity with beguiling views on every side. The private homestead accommodates up to 10 guests in five luxurious en suite bedrooms, each with its own private deck and star bed and boasts a vast open plan lounge and dining room, an intimate mezzanine library, and a spa therapy suite. A covered deck leads to a private tsala and swimming pool. A dedicated guide, tracker and vehicle are at your disposal, while a personal assistant and housekeeper will ensure you are well looked after. 4 THE MALORI STAR BED Imagine sleeping in a luxury king size bed on a raised deck in the middle of the reserve, surrounded by the calls of nocturnal animals, with nothing between you and the brilliant stars of the Kalahari night sky without compromising on luxury. Egyptian cotton linen, luxury toweling robes and slippers, and an adjacent outdoor toilet, basin and shower ensure comfort and convenience, while sundowners, snacks, and dinner give new meaning to the concept of glamping with your partner or the whole family maximum of 4 persons. The Malori sleep out deck maximises the exquisite panoramic views of the vast plains of the Green Kalahari and is orientated to showcase the incomparable Kalahari sunsets. ZAR per night maximum 2 adults and 2 children (please note this surcharge is in addition to accommodation booked) GUIDE ACCOMMODATION AND RATES Guide accommodation is available at the Kraal at a rate of ZAR per person per night to include meals and soft drinks only served at the Kraal. Should you wish your guide to participate in meals and activities with their guests at Motse or Tarkuni, this can easily be arranged at a rate of ZAR per person per night and will also include all beverages. Complimentary storage facilities are available for excess luggage in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. Transfers between the private hangars, and the main terminal building; rental car companies; and airport hotels are included in the above costs, but must be booked with reservations in advance. Children under 2 years old fly for free, and will be seated on parent's lap.

6 PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to confirm a reservation, a 25% deposit is required within 14 days of making the reservation. Please note that a reservation is not secure until this deposit requirement has been met. Tswalu reserves the right to automatically release any accommodation being held, where the required deposit has not been received. The balance of the accommodation and all transfers must be paid in advance, and in full, no later than one month prior to the guest's arrival. Tswalu reserves the right to cancel the booking should payment not be received. If a booking is made less than 30 days prior to travel, full payment is required. All extras are settled at the time of departure. Guest will be responsible for any bank charges that may be raised against international wire transfers. Tswalu accept all credit cards. No additional administration fees are charged to process credit cards. Minimum 3 night stay from 20th December to 06th January. CANCELLATION POLICY Current 90 days prior to arrival a 25% cancellation fee will apply days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will apply 44 0 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply (With the exception of the Christmas (15 Dec 15 Jan) and Easter periods when all bookings, confirmed in writing, will be liable for 100% cancellation fees.) Our cancellation policy is applicable regardless of whether payments have been received by Tswalu or not. Travel Cancellation Insurance / Cancelled or Delayed Flights In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a booking, travel insurance must cover our cancellation terms. In the event of any flight delays or cancellations, Tswalu is in no way responsible for any loss whatsoever. Please ensure adequate travel insurance is taken out to cover all such eventualities.
