We start by gathering virtually with a series of four recorded Zoom video calls two months prior to the trip to share our Big Insistent Goal (BIG). It could be very personal, or a professional vision, or it could be to just to fully experience this amazing journey. We will get to know each other and explore the mind, emotion, and body forces to bring these visions to life. Like the ancient Incas, we will tap into transcendent energies, or spirit, all around us. Enjoy two personal coaching sessions with Elizabeth Becker, a seasoned organizational leader and executive coach, to start manifesting your BIG and identify your key personal strengths, one of which you will share with the group during the program. Gathering in Cusco, we experience the culture and physically challenge ourselves with out-of-thisworld hiking at altitude with luxury lodges and beauty surrounding us. Each participant co-leads one day with Elizabeth and helps guide our experience. We grow stronger and more flexible daily, ensuring remarkable progress on our BIG projects with every step. A Few Notes Participants must provide participant information forms along with their deposits and sign releases for all travel providers. A valid passport is required to travel to Peru (expiration date at least six months after your date of return). U.S. passport holders currently do not need a visa and visitors are allowed to stay up to 90 days. Please enquire with your Peruvian embassy if an entry visa is required Weather in the region is extremely variable and you should pack for a range of conditions. Wet season is considered January March. We pass through nine bio-zones ranging from high altitude alpine conditions to high jungle. Anything is possible, even dry sunshiny days!

5 This program is designed for energetic, flexible leaders who like to be active, have a spirit of adventure, a positive attitude, and are up for something BIG. We will hike miles depending on trail availability and your decisions on optional hikes. It would be ideal to be in good health and physical condition, an experienced hiker, with adequate cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and balance in order to enjoy this experience at all its levels. Required: sturdy hiking boots (not touring shoes). Strongly recommended: hiking poles. Porters carry most of your gear and supplies leaving you free to carry only a light daypack. Even so, physical activity at high altitude adds to physiologic stress. You may experience discomfort and symptoms that you do not have while exercising at lower elevations, such as shortness of breath, sleeplessness, muscle fatigue and headaches. Start a moderate training program several months before departure to minimize these effects. Regular aerobic exercises for one hour, 4-5 times a week, hiking up your local hills, and a flexibility practice like yoga, The Feldenkrais Method or stretching will help you avoid discomfort and additional costs should you need assistance while on the trail. No vaccines are required based on our altitude and itinerary, but may be recommended by your health resources. Please consult your physician if you have questions about your health and travel to Peru Peru tourist agencies entrance fees and access to areas changes randomly and often without notice or reason. This may result in an unexpected form, or nominal fee, or re-routing of some portion of the itinerary. While our travel partners will try to minimize this whenever possible, thank you for your understanding if and when this occurs The program is based upon significant personal sharing by our participants, service providers and speakers.
