2 Our shaman guide: Puma Quispe Singona began training with his grandfather at the age of six and has been walking the path of traditional Andean medicine man ever since. He is globally recognize as a holder of ancient wisdom with power to inspire people in his special heartfelt way to connect with the reverence he brings for Pachamama(Mother earth), the ancient knowledge of the cosmos, and the wisdom from one of the six cradles of civilization that Peru Represents. 3 DAY 01, 20/9: Arrive to Cusco and Sacred Valley Today we fly over the majestic Andes to Cusco. Make sure to have your camera ready for some spectacular photo opportunities. On a clear day you can see all the valleys and peaks and the tiny mountain towns scattered among the hills. We will make our way through the Sacred valley to Pisaq. In the afternoon we will have our introductory meeting to go over all the exciting activities we have planned for our journey. (Overnight in Pisaq at Royal Inca hotel) DAY 02, 21/9: Lord of Huanca (B) We will make our way to Lord of Huanca, where we will connect deep. Many people say that lord of Huanca is a handsome and very kind doctor that heals any kind of illness and if they ask where they can find him he says he lives very far up in the mountains of San Salvador valley. Optional work with Plant Medicine. In the afternoon we will make our way back to Pisaq. (Overnight in Pisaq at Royal Inca Hotel) 3

4 DAY 03, 22/9: Mauk allaqta. (B) After breakfast we will make our way to Mauk allaqta. This is a perfect place to work with Medicine and connect with the nature and Apu Wachuma (San Pedro). Mauk allaqta is located in the south area of Cusco city, about 4100 meters above sea level, it is distinguished as the highest hill in the area. The Mauk allaqta was the most important oracle in Incan times, on the top we will find religious archaeological buildings and roads around high symbolic value for the Incas. Be generous with yourselves and have as many cups of medicine as you want, after having a deep connection, we will drive back to Cusco. (Overnight in Cusco at Rumi Punku Hotel) 4

5 DAY 04, 23/9: Chinchero (B, D) Chinchero, a small village located high up in the windswept plains, offers spectacular views over the Sacred Valley and the snowcapped peaks of the Andes. Renowned for its beautiful traditional weavings, this town is the perfect place to pick up souvenirs and gifts. We will have the pleasure of meeting Puma s family to learn more of Their traditional practices and ways. Ceremony with Mama Irene. (Overnight in Willka Tika) DAY 05, 24/9: Puma Marka Ollantaytambo (B, D) We drive up to the small traditional hamlet of Huilloc from where many of the porters who hike the Inca Trail originate and where Quechua, the language of the Incas is still used and traditional costumes are worn. Huilloc is famous as a weaving centre and is a good chance to see traditional ponchos being made and worn before commencing our days hike with a short steep climb up to Puma Marca a remarkably well preserved and extensive Inca ruin with spectacular views down the valley towards Ollantaytambo. Later we follow an Inca Trail along the steeply terraced valley down towards Ollantaytambo. (Overnight Willka Tika) 5

6 DAY 06, 25/9: Machu Picchu (B) Early in the morning we will go by train along the Urubamba River to the charming village of MachuPicchu town, then we continue by bus to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu for our spiritual awakening. The Lost City of the Incas is an inspiring and beautiful sacred site, an architectural wonder, and a great testament to Incan Civilization. Once used primarily as an astronomical Observatory, Machu Picchu now attracts thousands of visitors each year to connect with the sacred energies of this special place. Because it sits within 3 corresponding high peaks of power, which creates an energy triangle, it is a perfect spot to sit and meditate, focus your intent, and grow your awareness. During our time here we will visit the Temple of the Sun and Moon, the Temple of the Condor, the Temple of the Three Windows, and the spiritual center of the Intihuatana, or the Hitching Post of the Sun to connect with the upper and lower worlds and the elements of air and fire. Enjoy a few moments for private reflection and exploration, before being guided into a heart- opening ceremony to connect with Pachamama and the universal energies that encompass us a life changing experience! (Overnight in Machu Picchu town) DAY 07, 26/9: Apu Ausangate Pacchanta (B, S, L, D) Today we will begin our journey to the sacred mountain of Ausangate, the mountain that is known as the guardian of all the communities in the world and their wellbeing, and also the mountain where we will receive the blessings of the Andean priests and receive the lineage of the Incas. We will connect and have ceremony in the temple of Lucio, a wise man who lives with his family far from the community close to the Apu Ausangate. Everything he has is an offering to the Apu. We will be on the journey for three days, camping for two nights. At this point we will be very well acclimatized and we will be ascending up to 4600 meters above sea level (about feet above sea level.) (Overnight at the Local Houses) 6

7 DAY 08, 27/9: Apu Ausangate Otorongo Qocha (B, S, L, D) Today we walk towards the sacred Otorongo Cocha (Jaguar Lake). We will receive some powerful initiations and healing from this miraculous water. After our ceremony, we will return to our campsite. With this day we will complete our visit to our sacred Mountains. (Overnight at the Local Houses) DAY 09, 28/9: Apu Ausangate Cusco (B, L) Relaxed morning optional visit to the hot springs with an amazing view of the mountain, after which we will start packing for returning to Cusco and enjoy a free afternoon. In the evening we ll have a farwell dinner at a nice restaurant. (Overnight in Cusco at Rumi Punku Hotel) DAY 10, 29/9: Free day and Transfer to the airport TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT 7
