1 YOGA RETREAT SACRED VALLEY CUSCO 8 DAYS / 7 NIGHTS

2 DAY 1: SATURDAY MAY 24th PICK UP Arrive at Lima international airport and connect to the flight to Cusco. We ll pick you up from the Cusco Airport and take you to Willka Tika hotel in Sacred Valley. Lunch at the hotel. Free afternoon to rest and connect with the energy of the environment. Dinner at the hotel. (L+D)

3 DAY 2: SUNDAY MAY 25th SEAKAYAK + RITUAL + PICNIC IN A LAKE Yoga followed by breakfast. At 10 AM we ll travel 40 minutes to a beautiful andean lake, where we ll have the chance to do some basic kayaking and paddle around, as well as enjoy some bird watching. A Q ero shaman will make a despacho (ritual offering) and a cleansing ceremony (which will be narrated/explained). It will be burned afterwards in a ceremonial fire. We will also enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch with an amazing view to the snow-caped mountains and the colorful farming lands. Back to the hotel around 3-4 pm. To spend the rest of the day at Willka Tika. (B+L)

4 DAY 3: MONDAY MAY 26th FREE DAY Free day at Willka Tika. Soak up the energy of the Andes while relaxing at the seven meditation chakra gardens. Optional: Drive 40 min to the highlands for a mountain bike tour. We ll ride through the farming fields and Andean villages, in a wide dirt road mostly downhill. We ll visit on the way the circular terraces of Moray, and the salt mines of Maras (difficulty: easy to moderate). (B+D)

5 DAY 4: TUESDAY MAY 27th PISAC - PACHAMANCA After the yoga session, we ll have a guided tour of the archeological site of Pisac and hike down to the town to visit the local handicrafts market. We ll then drive to Huarán for a traditional Pachamanca Lunch (quechua word for earth pot), this is a typical meal cooked underground as a way of offering to the Pachamama (the Mother Earth). Head back to Willka Tika hotel and dinner. (B+L+D)

6 DAY 5: WEDNESDAY MAY 28th FREE MORNING - OLLANTAYTAMBO This morning we ll have it free for yoga, resting, and an option to visit the local market as well as packing to check out from the hotel. After lunch our bus will take us to visit Ollantaytambo town and archeological site. Then we ll walk to the train station for dinner before we catch the train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town) where we will spend the night at the Andina Luxury hotel. (B+D)

7 DAY 6: THRUSDAY MAY 29th FULL DAY MACHU PICCHU Early morning visit to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu. We ll go to Machu Picchu at dawn to see the sunrise, then climb up Wayna Picchu mountain (1.20 hrs). A certified guide will give us a guided tour to the citadel over a couple of hours. After that we ll enjoy our lunch box and have free time to explore, meditate out of the crowds or enjoy a yoga practice before taking the bus down to Aguas Calientes for spend another night at Andina Luxury hotel. Dinner at Treehouse. (B+L+D)

8 DAY 7 CITY TOUR IN CUSCO We ll take a morning train all the way into Cusco where we ll do a city tour visiting the highlights of the city. Free lunch and afternoon for shopping and exploring the city. Group dinner at Baco. Overnight in Casa Andina Classic. (B+D) DAY 8 LIMA - MIRAFLORES Morning: A bus will take the group to the airport for the flight to Lima. Another bus will pick you up at the Lima Airport to take you to Miraflores where you will have time to explore the city. At the right time, we ll pick you up to take the group to the airport to take your international flights back home. (B)
