25 Conclusion In economic terms, the magnitude of the projects that are being treated in May 2014 reached a total of $ 775 million, while the month of November 2015 this amount reaches $ 2,280 million. The near tripling of portfolio of infrastructure projects in these months is implying a much more efficient use of the installed capacity of the Ministry, in its human resources with the technical, technological and financial resources.
