10 Why your event is sustainable? The waste resulting from the event is sorted and sent to a collection center. Organic waste of your event is used for composting. The wastewater generated at your event is processed in our treatment plant. All bulbs used for the lighting of your event are low consumption. The resources used in your event (water and electricity) have the adequate management to avoid affecting the supply of surrounding communities. The plants used in the decoration of your event are produced in our nurseries through natural processes and are reusable. Some of the vegetables used in the preparation of our menus are brought from our organic garden. We request you allow us to donate the unused remnants of the menus of your event, to charities to help communities at risk. All faucets in our bathrooms use saving methods. Most of the raw materials used in the preparation of our menus are bought to micro entrepreneurs in the area.

11 Recommendations for sustainable meetings For your event, with environmental criteria, we recommend taking the following aspects into account: Encourage your guests or target audience for the event, to use public or collective transportation or car pooling. Prefer to order local dishes of the offer of the menu. Do not use water bottles, the hotel water is potable. The hotel features an award for the quality of water provided in your room and in the entire facility. Use reusable badges. Consider using digital methods to reduce printed documentation, souvenirs or promotional gifts.
