2 About KidZania Singapore: Learn, Work, and Play IMPORTANT NOTES: School Bags and Outside food are strictly not allowed into the City. You are advised to pre-book the meals via or purchase from our F&B outlets in the City. Water bottles are allowed into KidZania Singapore. School groups must admit and depart at the same time. Strictly no staggering admission and departure. Minimum of 1 Adult / Teacher has to be in the City at all times with the school group. Kids below 8 years old have to be accompanied by an Adult / Teacher at all times. We have First-Aid trained staff, should you require any medical attention, kindly approach any of our staff for help If any of your kids has special needs or allergies, please notify our check-in staff prior to admission.

4 Getting to KidZania Singapore By Coach From Vivocity Point 1: Sentosa Gantry Upon entering Point 1, keep left and enter Lane 1 or 2. Coaches will be directed to the Guest Services counter for Sentosa Admission payment at $2 per passenger via cash, NETS or credit card. Point 2: Coach Park Alight at the Coach Park and we are located just opposite! 5 Getting to KidZania Singapore By Coach With effect from 1st October 2018, Sentosa Development Corporation will be waiving off Island Admission Fees for Organised Community School Groups on Weekdays (excluding Public Holidays) Entering Sentosa Gantry Groups eligible for this waiver: Community groups under People's Association and Community Development Councils Organised groups from ALL preschools, government schools and government-aided schools To enjoy this waiver, organizers are to pre-register their visits by writing in to at least 5 working days in advance.

7 Getting to KidZania Singapore By Coach 1. Coach Park Signage Keep a look out for the Coach Park Signage after Le Meridien Singapore. 2. Direction Turn into the small lane and proceed all the way straight. 3. Coach Park Keep left and enter the Coach Parking area for School group to alight. 4. Ground Level Once alighted, School group to walk alongside a sheltered walkway and proceed into KidZania

8 5. Lift 5. School Arrival Point Proceed down to Level 1 via the escalators where you will arrive at our Airport Lobby. A lift is available for young children / parents with prams and/or guests on wheelchairs. 5 Lift 6. 9 About KidZania Singapore: Learn, Work, and Play UPON ARRIVAL School groups to assemble in 2 rows at the Airport holding area Students will be split based on gender and age for admission purposes Our staff will assist to tag students and adults going into the city with a Security Tag Our staff will inform Teacher in-charge on the meal location, timing & departure meeting point and verify onsite final attendance.

10 About KidZania Singapore: Learn, Work, and Play Check In There will be a 5-10 minutes briefing by our staff to give the kids a brief introduction of KidZania, such as the KidZania language and the currency used in KidZania. They will also inform the kids the items they will be receiving, which is 50 KidZos (receive during admission) and a Maybank debit card (receive during exit). Apart from those above, they will also touch on : Meals timing and location Collection of photos (If applicable) Gathering point for departure Useful tips and info about the city Safety Precautions

11 About KidZania Singapore: Learn, Work, and Play Our staff will then assist to tag all guests going into the City with a RFID security bracelet. RFID security bracelets are compulsory for every guest that will be entering the City. These will ensure the safety of your students within the City, and students will only be able to check out and exit the City with the teacher s acknowledgement. Kids that visited KidZania Singapore before, will be asked to form a new queue provided that they brought their Maybank Debit Card and PaZZport (optional) so that their bracelets can be scanned first, in order to link their particulars into the Card or PaZZport. The rest of the kids will follow behind to scan their bracelets based on gender and age so that it will be easier for our staff to track the total numbers for the different categories and the attendance for the whole group. Scanning the bracelets as a group will allow our staff to do a check if any guest is left behind in the City during departure. RFID Security Bracelets

12 About KidZania Singapore: Learn, Work, and Play WHAT ARE KIDZOS? KidZos is the currency used in KidZania Singapore. Kids can: 1. Spend their KidZos at our establishments to pay for activities/services 2. Find work opportunities in various establishment to Earn KidZos At the end of the trip, kids may also use the KidZos to purchase a souvenir of their choice at the department store. KidZos cannot be used in F&B Stores and KidZania Shop. KidZos currency is recognised in every KidZania city around the world.

14 About KidZania Singapore: Learn, Work, and Play Departure time! Assembly Before Exit 15 minutes before departure time: Kindly assemble at the Main Square. Our Staff will assist you on a smooth exit to the Immigration for departure. Please contact your bus driver to pick up at the Coach Park. All security bracelets will be removed. Debit card will be handed over to the teacher in-charge for distribution to kids as souvenir only at the exit in order to maximize the activity time for the kids. (*For first-time guests only) For an extension of visit, guest will have to approach our staff to top up their tickets to the original price for both adult and kid. (U.P Kid -$62 and U.P adult - $35)
