1 INTRODUCTION The Football&Management owned by Carlos Pizzi, football Agent with more than 20 years experience at international level, created a football Academy named "Altorendimento", based in Milano. The aim of such academy is to create relations with other countries in the cultural field, interracial through the sport, in this case namely football. How does it works? Football academies and schools from foreign countries arrive to Milan spending a week, 15 days, a month or an year pursuing a schooling with charter schools in order to visit our country thanks to guided tours in the most important museums and landmarks present in the Milan landscape, including Museums of our teams Milan and Inter, and exhibitions too. All these activities will be conducted by guides selected by Universities (stage for students) in the fileds of the Milan art. The lodging varies depending on the requests from Academies, they can be hotels or apartments in Milan or Hinterland. During the morning the guys will carry our sightseeing tour activities of the city and instead in the afternoon they will carry our football activities with Italian and foreing coaches. They will play friendly games and tournaments against local amateur and professional teams. The main goal is to let our country know in all its form through the sport as point of union to all the cultures around the world. In Milan, the Cultural and Art Heritage is massive, from the "Duomo di Milano" to its Museum, the "Castello Sforzesco", the art Gallery of Brera, the "Cenacolo", the Royal Palace, the "Scala",the Science and Technical Museum, the Civic Aquarium, "la Rotonda della Besana", the Modern Art Museum, the Comic Book Museum, etc. Milan is not just art, with its shops and its premises offers a complete package for whoever wishes to expand its international culture.
