University Place, Jackson State University Jackson, Mississippi This four-story, 90,000 sf mixed-use development has three upper levels with residential units and retail space on the bottom level. Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center Oxon Hill, Maryland New 2,000-room hotel and over 800,000 sf of convention and meeting space, 20,000 sf luxury spa and fi tness center, high-tech entertainment sports bar, coffee shop, high-energy nightclub atop the hotel tower, and parking for 2,600 cars. Prudential Center Boston, Massachusetts The original Prudential complex contained a 52-story offi ce tower, as well as four fl anking commercial buildings, spacious plazas, pedestrian arcades and a three-level underground parking garage. Almost 30 years later, the renovation and expansion of this Boston landmark created new retail and public spaces, and features a grand central court linking four shopping galleries.

3 The Phoenix at Clarendon Arlington, Virginia Restoration of existing historic post offi ce structure, and construction of a new postal facility, 181 residential units, offi ce space, retail-commercial space and a 525-car parking garage. The buildings incorporate an art deco design style, taking cues from a number of neighboring structures in the area. Prudential Town Center Southfi eld, Michigan Prudential Town Center is a planned development on a 67-acre site with three high-rise multitenant offi ce buildings, a two-story professional offi ce building, low-rise offi ce-retail buildings, a 385-room hotel, parking for 5,457 vehicles, and a 33-story luxury residential tower with its own parking garage. Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center Orlando, Florida The 65-acre property features a hotel with 1,406 guest rooms including 118 suites, four acres of gardens under glass, 400,000 sf of meeting, convention, exhibition and pre-function space including a 178,000 sf exhibit hall, three restaurants, retail space and several entertainment venues. Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center Washington, DC The second largest federal building constructed since the Pentagon, the 3,100,000 sf complex houses offi ce, cultural, commercial, entertainment and educational space. With its landscaped courtyards, restaurants, shops, exhibition space, public auditorium, conference center, monumental public art, open arcades and light-fi lled atrium, the building has become an integral part of the Washington, DC landscape. Cahaba Village Birmingham, Alabama The Cahaba Village development includes construction of 46,000 sf of retail and condominiums, a 50,000 sf grocery store shell and a 9,000 sf banking facility. The 16-acre development includes Whole Foods, Bryant Bank, and high-end retail mixed with 22 condominiums. Stroh River Place Detroit, Michigan The Stroh River Place involved the adaptive re-use of a collection of historic buildings along the Detroit River. Phase I included complete renovation of the 300,000 sf signature building; a newly constructed 1,250-vehicle parking deck; and extensive exterior development, including plazas and courtyards. The 300 River Place renovation included extensive interior demolition and reconstruction, as well as major exterior renovation work. Inside and out, the turn-of-thecentury architecture was preserved through use of brick, limestone, granite and terrazzo.

4 Caesars Palace Within the Caesars complex are Caesars Palace Spa, Tower and Pool featuring a new 29-level hotel tower with convention area, retail, restaurants, spa and fi tness center, warehouse areas, and new pool areas. The Forum Shops provide 175,000 sf of premier retail stores, dining establishments and entertainment venues. The Colosseum Showroom is a 4,148-seat, stateof-the-art venue that ties into Caesars Palace casino and Caesars Palace Forum Shops. A new open-air plaza contains a restaurant and food outlets, 6,500-seat outdoor grandstand stadium, and wedding chapel that ties Caesars into Bill s Gamblin Hall & Saloon (formerly Barbary Coast) and Bellagio bridges. Market Street Flowood, Mississippi Market Street at Flowood Town Center is the fi rst mixed-use project in the Jackson metropolitan area. This concrete, tilt wall mall offers 340,000 sf of retail and restaurants, 100,000 sf of Class A offi ce, and a four-story, 80,000 sf lifestyle hotel. Anchor tenants for this new development are JCPenney, Dick s Sporting Goods, Circuit City and Bed Bath & Beyond.
