Validity Products and prices in this brochure are subject to change without notice. These prices are valid, unless superseded or otherwise indicated, 9 June to 10 October GENERAL INFORMATION All reservations are subject to availability. Verbal quotes are regarded as an estimate and prices are only confirmed with a written quote. All written quotes are subject to change at any time. Prices All rates shown are per person in Australian dollars and include Australian and New Zealand GST, unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice and prices are provided as a guide only due to high season demand, tax alterations or currency fluctuations. Please check all prices with SKIMAX before booking. Rates in this brochure reflect information provided to SKIMAX at time of production and printing (January 2018). Currency All pricing supplied by SKIMAX (written or verbal) is subject to change due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates without notice. SKIMAX will notify of any price variation due to currency rates at time of quotation, deposit and final payment. Deposit A minimum deposit of 50% of the total package cost is payable within 5 days of confirmation of the booking. Deposit and final payment for airfares varies depending on the airline. Full conditions will be given at the time of booking. Final Payment The balance or final payment is due in full 65 days prior to departure from Australia unless otherwise stated. Some bookings may require full payment earlier and you will be advised at the time of booking. Bookings made within 65 days of departure are considered late bookings and require full payment at the time of booking. Some products may need to be paid in full at the time of booking. Amendments A minimum amendment fee of $55 per change to confirmed arrangements will apply. Within 65 days of departure the cancellation conditions will apply in full. Cancellations / Refunds A cancellation made outside of 65 days will incur a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the booking costs, plus any charges levied by ground operators, hotels, airlines or lift companies. A cancellation made within 65 days before departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. Earlybird specials (car hire, accommodation, lessons, activities, rental and/or lift passes) are non-refundable once paid for in full. Refunds will not be given for any unused products. Lift Tickets are non-refundable if they are lost, stolen and/or damaged. Late Bookings A late booking fee of $50 will be charged on all bookings made inside 2 weeks of departure. In addition, if a booking is made inside 65 days, full payment must be provided to SKIMAX to guarantee against changes and cancellation fees. This must be made before any late booking is made. Courier fees will be at the expense of the client for bookings inside of 2 weeks. Credit Cards A 1.5% (MasterCard & Visa) or 3% (American Express) merchant fee will be added if a credit card is used for payment. If any cancellations are made, the merchant fee will not be refunded. Documentation The majority of documentation is e-documentation. Please take a copy of your itinerary with you on your holiday in exchange for services. You may also need to exchange your e-voucher so please check the Skimax voucher for details. In some cases, you will need to exchange documents on arrival or check-in. Coach Transfers Amendments/Cancellation of a service if a services needs to be amended or cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met you will be notified 2 or more weeks prior to the scheduled service.
