5 ABOUT GP The Company s distinctive feature is its presence in practically all price segments and availability of a wide range of catering project types. It was founded in 2003 with the opening of the first Ginza restaurant in St. Petersburg, which subsequently gave the name to the entire holding. Today the company is running over 150 projects in the services and catering market. The main line of business is development and incarnation of our own restaurant concepts and management of restaurant projects. The geography of the holding s business stretches from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tula to as far as New York, London, Mallorca and Baku. Among the concepts developed and implemented by the holding are restaurants of Premium and Luxury categories, as well as affordable network projects. Today the holding includes such special ventures as services of VIP reserve of boxes of the Mikhailovsky theatre, Ginza Project Catering, delivery service, Ginza Prime concierge service, Ginza Fitness sports centres, services in interior design from Ginza Design, art-cafe Lavka Khudozhnika, Ginza Flower House flower boutique, a service in renting and booking private jets Ginza Sky, VIP taxi, Boutique hotel, and many others.
