5 G E N E R A L M A N A G E R Andrian Gray has been appointed as the General Manager of Lotte Hotel Moscow in November Andrian Gray is an experienced hotelier with more than 30-year employment history in the leading international hotel chains, and 20 of them he has been holding a post of General Manger. Mr. Gray's career history includes work experience in such hotel chains as Forte Hotels, where he started his career path, and Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Before joining Lotte Hotel, Mr. Gray held the position of General Manager at The Modani Spa Resort (Silverock Group) in Israel.

OVO is Carlo Cracco s first and only restaurant outside of Italy, and the chef has focused all of his skills, experience, and inexhaustible talent into the project. MEGU Japanese restaurant is more than just its elaborate and fashionable atmosphere - MEGU, Japanese for blessing, also strives for perfection in taste. The restaurant displays a harmony of all the finest and rarest ingredients from around the world - including 20 authentic products unique to the Moscow market. Four chefs, two Japanese and two Russian, are responsible for cooking these gastronomic delights and their masterful work can be observed via the restaurant's open kitchen. A charming addition to MEGU is an aquarium with fresh seafood. True gourmets can feast their eyes on the exotic marine life and enjoy its fresh delicacies. OVO is Carlo Cracco s first and only restaurant outside of Italy, and the chef has focused all of his skills, experience, and inexhaustible talent into the project. I can only begin to describe my happiness in opening the doors of my newest project, OVO Contemporary Italian cuisine, in conjunction with Lotte Hotel Moscow. Solely with the partnership of Lotte Hotel and their international commitment to excellence is it possible to undertake such an ambitious endeavor.
