2 BROOKLANDS MUSEUM Our awards dinner is being held at the historic Brooklands Museum in Weybridge, Surrey. For those staying at Brooklands Hotel (KT13 0SL) please park at the hotel and you will enter the Museum on foot through the main gate. [Entrance 1 on the map] For those not staying at Brooklands Hotel please use the Campbell Gate (KT13 0QN). You will see a JTI / JTI Members' Hill sign at the entrance. [Entrance 2 on the map] If you have booked a room at Brooklands Hotel via the CGRC, you should receive check in details from Mark Carter. Check in from 3pm. If you are planning to visit the museum before the event, please keep reading.

KARTING For those attending the karting event, it is at Daytona Sandown Park, off More Lane, Esher (KT10 8AN). Please arrive promptly for sign on at 2pm.

If you haven't driven at Daytona Sandown before, please register in advance (link on the forum). The event will finish around 4.30pm s is the time to beat!

Once parked, enter through the main gate [Entrance 1] You can only visit the museum on Saturday as part of the event. If you want to visit on Sunday, normal fees apply. On Saturday, let them know at the entrance that you are attending the Caterham Graduates Awards Dinner at the Clubhouse. The museum is a charity so you might want to consider paying even though you don't have to! The museum shuts at 4pm.

From elsewhere, or from the hotel outside of the above times, you will need to enter via Campbell Gate entrance.

5 GETTING TO THE EVENT Bar opens 5.30pm, pre-dinner drinks at 6.30pm. From the hotel; please enter on foot via the main museum gate over the bridge. The gate will only be open between 5.30pm and 6.30pm due to security requirements. From elsewhere, or from the hotel outside of the above times, you will need to enter via Campbell Gate entrance. It is a 5 minute drive but a 30 minute walk from the hotel to the Campbell Gate. For those not wishing to make the 8 minute walk from hotel to museum, we will be running a taxi shuttle to the Museum main gate between 5.15pm pm.

6 THE MAIN EVENT The bar in the Members' Clubhouse will open at around 5.30pm. Welcome drinks will be served in the ERA Shed, just across from the Clubhouse, at 6.30pm. Dinner will start at 7.15pm in the Napier Room in the Clubhouse. We have a lot of entertainment to get through so don't be late!

LEAVING THE EVENT The event finishes at 1am. If you wish to return to the hotel, you will only be able to exit via the main gate between midnight and 1.15am.

Otherwise it's back out the Campbell Gate entrance - a 30 minute walk! The taxi shuttle will be running again from the Museum main gate between midnight and 1.15am. If anyone wants a nightcap, we've asked Brooklands Hotel to keep the bar open for your return. If you are leaving by car from the museum, then please leave via the Campbell Gate entrance in the same way you arrived. Note that no parking is allowed at the museum overnight.

8 SUNDAY If you are staying overnight on the Saturday in or near Weybridge, you might want to visit Mercedes Benz World, right next door to the museum (and free!)
