3 Redeeming your Miles is just a click away. To ensure that your experience with us gets even more rewarding year after year we have introduced our brand new online service to redeem Miles. This means Alfursan members will be able to instantly redeem their Miles with just one click. So that now you can get closer to your rewards even faster. All you need to do is simply log onto alfursanonline.com and book your reward ticket to determine how many Miles you need for the selected sectors. If your account has the required number of Miles, your reward ticket will be issued instantly and the Miles automatically deducted from your account. Alfursan Program Awareness Here s a step-by-step guide on how to redeem your Miles: 1. Select Login to Alfursan Online from the list Alfursan online 2. Enter your Member ID and PIN Number 3. Choose from the list of booking, the icon redeem miles. 4. Make a confirmed booking to any destination you choose. 5. You'll see a list of all the Classes and the number of Alfursan Miles required for each. 6. After choosing your trip you will be required to update your information. 7. The international journey will require you to pay taxes by Visa or MasterCard however, domestic flights will move automatically to the next step directly. 8. With our convenient online booking service, you can save time and book from the comfort of your home or office. Simply logo onto alfursanonline.com to make your booking to your destination. To make a payment, you can either use your credit card VISA or MasterCard - or simply make your payment at a later date using SADAD. We are also pleased to announce that bookings on alfursanonline.com can be made globally. That means no matter where you are, booking your ticket online is just a click away. Check-in online Save time and check-in online. With the introduction of Check-in, you can now spend more time relaxing and less time queuing up. Check-in online as early as 24 hours or the latest three hours prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. Kindly note that Check-in is currently available for Domestic (within KSA) flights only. Simply follow these instructions to check-in online: If you are carrying approved cabin baggage only, proceed directly to the boarding gate. If you have any check-in baggage, the bags will have to be presented at "Saudia" check-in counters well in advance of the boarding time (at least one hour) prior to departure time. Passengers who are eligible to inter the lounge will have to present the boarding pass print to the lounge representative. Boarding gates close 20 minutes before flight departure; please ensure you arrive for security checks and boarding no longer than 45 minutes of your flight departure. You will have to present the boarding pass printout along with valid photo identification to the security and to the "Saudia" customer services agent as he/she boards the aircraft at least 45 minutes prior to departure time. 06 If you are unable to take the flight after printing the boarding pass you must contact any "Saudia" sales offices or airport check-in counter to cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to departure time, please inform the agent if you have checked online with separate booking, return or through check-in.
