1 HOW DO I ENROLL? You are automatically enrolled once approved for an eligible credit card in your name. WHAT DO I NEED TO ENROLL? You need to have an eligible VISA or MasterCard credit card in your name, in order to enroll. HOW DO I EARN POINTS? You earn one point for every dollar you spend by making a qualified credit card transaction. You may also be eligible to earn additional bonus points during special promotional periods for which will be described in your program rules and such promotional materials WHAT ARE QUALIFIED TRANSACTIONS? Qualifying transaction are virtually all signature transactions qualify to earn points. A signature transaction is one made at a VISA merchant location, including internet/mail order/phone order transactions, where you did not use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to complete the transaction. PIN-based transactions, including ATM transactions, DO NOT qualify to earn points. Signature transactions that are excluded from earning points include gaming related purchases, cash access transactions such as the purchase of travelers checks or money orders, and cash advance transactions. WHEN DO I BEGIN EARNING POINTS? You begin earning points immediately. In fact, when you are approved for your eligible card (s), points will be earned on all qualified transactions made in that calendar month even if it was prior to your enrollment! Your points balance will be updated monthly and will usually be reflected within 10 days after the last day of the calendar month. HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINT TOTAL? You can pull up your point history, including points earned and redeemed, online at or by calling the Rewards Cardholder Service Center at from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST seven days a week. WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR? You may redeem your points for gift cards, merchandise, and for travel related items such as airline tickets, cruise travel, hotel stays, tours and attractions, and car rentals. Points can be redeemed anytime online at or by calling the Rewards Service Center at from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST seven days a week. DO MY POINTS EXPIRE? Unused points begin to expire five (5) years after they were earned. HOW DO AIRLINE REDEMPTIONS WORK? You can search for the flights you want to book online at the travel rewards section of the rewards website. If you do not have enough points to purchase the entire ticket, you may redeem for a portion of the cost and pay the balance on your PointsQuest Rewards Credit Card. No, baggage fees (for airlines) and international departure taxes are not included in the price of your airline ticket. WHO DO I CONTACT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH MY FLIGHT? You may contact the airline directly. You will receive contact numbers on your flight itinerary, which will be ed to you after you redeem points for air travel. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL A FLIGHT BOOKED THROUGH THE REDEMPTION CENTER? Many tickets are non-refundable. Any changes to itinerary must be handled directly with the airline listed on your itinerary or with the Rewards Center. You may be subject to fees enforced by the airlines for changes to your flight itinerary, service fees and increases in fares. If you are a no-show, your award is void with no refund. CAN I RECEIVE AIRLINE FREQUENT FLYER MILES FOR AIRLINE TICKETS USING POINTS? Yes. To receive airline miles for flying, you should provide your airline frequent flyer number when you redeem your points for airline travel.
