11 Fixed Week Usage at Mountain Lodge and Park Hyatt at Beaver Creek Home Resort Preference Period (HRPP Fixed) Begins 12 months prior to deeded week Ends 6 months prior to deeded week YOUR OPTIONS ARE: 1. Reserve your entire unit week or any portion thereof at your Home Resort. Should you reserve your deeded unit or a portion thereof for a full or split week during your HRPP, the remaining portion will automatically convert to points and the inventory will become available for Club Use. 2. Convert to points in order to: A. Exchange with Interval International using all or a portion of your points B. Apply all points to the Hyatt Gold Passport Program every other year C. Reserve any available Hyatt Vacation Club inventory at any HVC destination D. Commit all or a portion of your points to the Extended Exchange for the sole purpose of exchange through Interval International. A split can be 3 consecutive days (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) OR 4 consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) 2. Convert to points in order to: A. Exchange with Interval International B. Reserve any available inventory at any Hyatt Residence Club destination 3. Commit an entire float point allotment to the Hyatt Gold Passport Program (Restrictions apply) 4.
