2 About us gathers a unique set of competences dedicated to Hotels & Hospitality services under its Pangea Hotel Team. From 2010 to 2018 YTD, has been involved in close to 400 transactions and an ever increasing number of hotel deals. Pangea s hotel transaction team has one of the strongest Nordic hotel market track records and is now broadening its service offering to become your preferred hotel property advisor in the Nordics. We offer tailor-made and proactive advice to create opportunities and added value for our customers and their stakeholders. 3 The Pangea Hotel Team offers a senior project team dedicated to the Hotels & Hospitality industry. The team has a broad network, and one of the strongest Nordic hotel market track records. Bård Bjølgerud CEO & Partner bb@pangeapartners.no Mr. Bjølgerud has been instrumental in many of the largest and most complex hotel transactions in the Nordic region over the past 20 years. Having previous been Head of Nordic Real Estate Corporate Finance and deputy CEO at SEB Enskilda and Head of Equity Research at Alfred Berg/ABN Amro, he founded Pangea in Mr. Bjølgerud holds an MSc in Business and Economics, majoring in Finance, from NHH Norwegian School of Economics. Relevant industry experience: More than 25 years. Thomas Andersson Director & Partner thomas.andersson@pangeapartners.se Mr. Andersson has worked extensively with hotel property related transactions and strategic advisory. He has been involved in most of Pangea s hotel related transactions in recent years. Previously with JLL Corporate Finance in London, including relevant hotel experience. Joined Pangea in 2010, partner since Mr. Andersson holds a BSc in Real Estate from Chalmers University and a MSc, majoring in Finance, from Gothenburg School of Economics. Relevant industry experience: 12 years. Erik Høvik Director & Partner erik.hovik@pangeapartners.no Mr. Høvik s hotel experience includes some of the biggest Nordic transactions as well as financing, development projects and strategic advice for both operators and investors. He joined Pangea in 2011 after being part of Vital Eiendom s (DNB) investment team for more than three years. Mr. Høvik holds an MSc in Business and Economics, majoring in Finance, from NHH Norwegian School of Economics. Relevant industry experience: More than 10 years. Tobias Årfelt Associate tobias.arfelt@pangeapartners.se Mr. Årfelt has extensive experience from hotel consulting including feasibility analysis, concept development, contract negotiations and valuation. Prior to joining Pangea in 2018 Årfelt has worked at hotel consultancy Annordia and Korean conglomerate GS Group. Årfelt holds a MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm University and has studied Mandarin at Jilin University in China. Relevant industry experience: 4 years. Victoria Tichit Associate vt@pangeapartners.no Ms. Tichit has worked extensively on asset and portfolio valuation, operator selection, contract negotiation and analysis within the hotel sector. Previous experience from JLL Hotels & Hospitality in Paris and Obligo Real Estate in Oslo. Joined Pangea in Ms. Tichit holds a BSc in International Hospitality Management, majoring in Real Estate and Finance, from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Relevant industry experience: 6 years. Mikael Söderlundh Head of research & Partner mikael.soderlundh@pangeapartners.se Mr. Söderlundh has broad experience from market research on the Nordic property market, including the listed sector, and how it relates to company strategies and transactions. Previous positions include partner and head of research at Leimdörfer (now Nordanö).
