2 The team The Nord France Convention Bureau team offers consultancy and coordination assistance to all type of professional events organisers who plan to hold events in Region: Creation of candidate bids in close cooperation with the local organising committee Search for local ambassadors Project Management (requests for quotations, providing contacts) Help and advice on the choice of suppliers (hotels, PCOs, DMCs, transport companies, venues...) Interface with public institutions and lobbying (grants, subsidies, transport reductions, welcome reception, official correspondence...)
