2 Dobrodošli u Fužine / Welcome to Fužine Izuzetna mi je čast zaželjeti srdačnu dobrodošlicu svim sudionicima i navijačima na 10. Fužinarskom polumaratonu, utrci građana na 7 km i tradicionalnoj dječjoj utrci u centru pitoresknog gorskog mjestašca Fužina! Sigurna sam kako će AK Kvarner opravdati ukazano povjerenje u provedbi organizacije natjecanja te da će trkači iz Hrvatske i okolice svojim dolaskom uveličati ovu sportsku manifestaciju koja iz godine u godinu okuplja sve veći broj sudionika. Kako bi Vam pružili najbolje uvjete na stazi, za organizaciju natjecanja smo okupili vrhunski organizacijski tim predvođen članom AK Kvarnera Zoranom Žilićem, ponajboljim hrvatskim natjecateljem na dugim prugama sa bogatim iskustvom na cestovnim utrkama i nimalo ne sumnjam da će te uživati u ljetnoj posjeti Gorskom Kotaru! It is my great honor to wish a warm welcome to all participants and supporters at the 10 th Fužine Half Marathon, a race at 7 km and the traditional children's race in the center of the picturesque mountain village Fužine! I'm sure that athletic club Kvarner will justify given confidence in the implementation of the organization of competition and that the runners from all over Croatia and neighbouring countries with their presence will contribute to this sporting event, which every year brings together a growing number of participants. In order to provide you with the best conditions on the course, for the organization of the competition we have assembled a top organization team led by the member of the AK Kvarner Zoran Žilić, one of the best Croatian runner on long ldistances with extensive experience in road racing and I have no doubt that you will enjoy the summer visit to Gorski Kotar! 3 Istražite Gorski kotar / Explore Gorski kotar Želim izraziti zadovoljstvo kako će po prvi puta organizaciju ove značajne športske manifestacije s tehničke strane preuzeti članovi AK Kvarner sa ciljem podizanja kvalitete natjecanja u prekrasnom ambijentu koje pruža okolica Fužina. Osim trčanja želja nam je sudionike upoznati sa ljepotama Gorskog kotara pa će te na jedinstvenoj trasi polumaratona u Hrvatskoj na visini m nadmorske visine imati prilike razgledati tri gorska jezera (Potkoš, Bajer i Lepenice) i gostoprimstvo samozatajnih gorana. Osim polumaratona, organizirat ćemo i utrku oko prekrasnog jezera Bajer gdje Vas pozivamo da bez obzira na vašu fizičku pripremljenost sudjelujete na druženju i okušate se u ležernom natjecanju. Naravno, nismo zaboravili niti one najmlađe koji mogu nastupiti na dječjoj utrci pa tako nema izgovora da nas ne posjetite sa cijelom obitelji! Trenirajte za Fužine! ;) I would like to express satisfaction that for the first time technical organization ot this important sporting event will be with members of AK Kvarner, with intention to raise the quality of competition in the beautiful setting provided by the surroundings of Fužine. In addition to running, our desire is to introduce participants to the beauty of Gorski Kotar, so on the unique route of the half marathon in Croatia at the altitude of m above sea level you will have the opportunity to see three mountain lakes (Potkoš, Bajer and Lepenica) and face the charming hospitality of locals. Besides the half marathon, we will organize a race around beautiful Lake Bajer where we invite you regardless of your physical shape to participate in fun and casual competition. Of course, we have not forgotten even the little ones who can participate in the children's race so there is no excuse for you not to visit us with the whole family! 9 Napomene: Fužinarski polumaraton Tri jezera cestovna je atletska utrka ukupne duljine 21,097m. Utrka se sastoji od jednog kruga uz jezera Potkoš, Lepenica, i Bajer. Start i cilj nalaze se na istom mjestu. Start utrke je 17. lipnja godine 10:00 sati u centru Fužina (pored benzinske postaje). Nastupiti mogu svi zdravi natjecatelji i svi trče na osobnu odgovornost. Prijavom na utrku natjecatelj se odriče mogućnosti prenošenja odgovornosti na organizatora utrke te potvrđuje svoje zdravstveno stanje i spremnost da završi utrku. Organizator je osigurao medicinsku zaštitu sukladno pravilima održavanja cestovnih atletskih utrka. Na polumaratonu smiju nastupiti svi koji na dan utrke imaju navršenih 16 godina. Osobe mlađe od 16 godina, a koje na dan utrke imaju najmanje 14 godina smiju nastupiti uz odobrenje roditelja i liječnika sportske medicine. Osobe mlađe od 14 godine ne smiju nastupiti na utrci polumaratona. Prijavom na utrku natjecatelj je suglasan da organizator smije koristiti fotografije nastale za vrijeme, neposredno prije i poslije utrke za svoje interne potrebe i potrebe promocije događaja. Natjecatelj je suglasan da organizator smije koristiti njegove osobne podatke za internu komunikaciju i u promocijske svrhe organizatora. Okrjepa je osigurana na samom startu, za vrijeme utrke i u ciljnom prostoru. U ciljnom prostoru osigurana je i dodatna okrjepa. Mjerenje vremena je elektronsko uz korištenje čipova te će svi rezultati biti objavljeni neposredno po završetku utrke na stranici i službenoj stranici organizatora Svi natjecatelji imat će neto (čip start) i bruto vrijeme (vrijeme od starterovog znaka za početak utrke do ulaska natjecatelja u cilj). Kao službeni poredak uzima se bruto vrijeme natjecatelja sukladno pravilima IAAF (Svjetske atletske federacije). Startni broj stavlja se isključivo na prsa i mora biti vidljiv tijekom cijele utrke. Natjecatelji moraju tijekom utrke uz startni broj imati i pripadajući čip bez kojeg njihov plasman neće biti zabilježen. Nepoštivanje pravila za sobom povlači diskvalifikaciju natjecatelja. Vremenski limit iznosi 2:30 min. Promet je zatvoren i ispred prve skupine natjecatelja osigurana je pratnja (motocikl). Staza je službeno izmjerena i posjeduje međunarodni AIMS certifikat. 10 Notes: Fužinarski half marathon "Three Lakes" road is athletic race total length of 21,097m. The race consists of a circle with Potkoš lake, Lepenica, and Bajer. Start and finish are in the same place. The race starts on 17 June :00 am in the center of Fužine (beside the gas station). Performance is available for all healthy athletes and they all run at their own risk. By registering for the race competitor you give up the possibility of transferring responsibility to the organizers of the race and confirm your health and willingness to finish the race. The organizer will provide medical care in accordance with the rules of track and field maintenance of road racing. Participation at the half-marathon is possible for all who have have reached the age of 16 years at the race day. Persons under the age of 16 years, and that on the day of the race are at least 14 years must occur with the approval of the parents and doctor of sports medicine. Persons under 14 years should not take part in the half marathon race. By registering for the race competitor agrees that the organizer may use photographs taken during, before and after the race for their internal needs and the promotion of the event. The competitor agrees that the organizer to use their personal data for internal communication and in promotional purposes organizers. Refreshment is provided at the start, during the race and in the finish area. The finish area is equiped with additional refreshments. Timekeeping is electronically using a chip and all results will be published immediately after the race on page and the official website of the organizer All competitors will have a net (chip start) and gross time (the time of the starter's signal for the start of the race to the entry of competitors to the finish). As an official order is the gross time competitor in accordance with the rules of the IAAF. Starting number must be placed solely on the chest and is visible throughout the race. Competitors must have during the race start number and have a corresponding chip without which their presence will not be logged. Failure to comply with the rules entail disqualification of a competitor. Time limit is 2h30min. Traffic will be closed and the leaders of the first groups of competitors will be provided the accompaniment (motorcycle). The track is officially measured and owns international AIMS certificate.
